Faced with the challenges brought about by economic globalization and technological innovation,the quality and specifications of personnel training have become a common concern in the world.With the introduction of STEAM education in the United States,in the past two years,China's education community has paid more and more attention to the cultivation value of STEAM education for students' scientific literacy and innovative ability.In this study,the STEAM concept is integrated into the content of junior high school biology courses.Under the guidance of constructivist learning theory,Taylor's target curriculum development model and other theories,the school-based curriculum content with a total of 26 topics and 9 topics and 2 case designs are designed.In order to explore the integration of STEAM education and biology courses,and further enrich the interdisciplinary integration of STEAM education localization case resources.First,the curriculum nature of the junior high school biology-based curriculum based on the STEAM philosophy(hereinafter referred to as the curriculum)is established,that is,this curriculum is a school-based curriculum,science curriculum,comprehensive curriculum and practical activity curriculum;its curriculum philosophy is for all students,Improve scientific literacy,connect with real life,emphasize the practice of teaching and encourage experimentation and creativity;the overall goal of this course focuses on the three aspects of students' ability to use their knowledge to solve practical problems,improve scientific literacy and innovative ability,and integrate into the core of Chinese student development Literacy,specifically from the four aspects of scientific knowledge and skills,scientific inquiry,scientific attitudes and values,and aesthetic taste.Then,sort out the existing course resources and determine the principles and scope of course content selection,and arrange the course content after preliminary screening according to a certain method.Next,determine the organization of the course content,including: introduction,important scientific concepts,practical activities,tests and evaluations,and summary and reflection.The specific steps of case writing are:determining the topic,writing an introduction,explaining important scientific concepts,designing practical activities,testing and evaluation,and reflecting after class.After each case is written,analyze the STEAM elements and conduct case design reflection.Finally,according to the content of this course,the corresponding class schedule is given,and a student learning evaluation scale is formulated.After compiling the content framework of this course and completing the design of the two sections,the design plan of this course will be handed over to the first-line junior middle school biology teachers for comments and interviews.The interviews were conducted with unstructured interviews,mainly from the aspects of carrying out STEAM cognition,whether the course structure is reasonable,operability and improvement suggestions.After conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews,summarize the implementation suggestions of this course,and modify the case based on the suggestions feedback from the front-line teachers to continuously improve the design plan of this course.This research integrates the STEAM education concept with China 's science education and campus culture,constructs the junior high school biology school-based curriculum content based on the STEAM concept,and clarifies the curriculum nature,curriculum concept,curriculum objectives and curriculum content of this curriculum for school-based curriculum design And development to provide a reference design process;in order to realize the role of art disciplines in integrating STEAM education,this study attempts to start with life and local culture,designing a total of 9 topics of school-based curriculum content,enriching the art and science education The integrated case design provides new resources and new directions for curriculum development.At the same time,in order to enhance the operability of curriculum implementation,this study established a development evaluation system and teaching model that fit the curriculum content.The teaching mode,PBL and inquiry teaching are effective under the teaching mode.In short,the combination of the STEAM concept and the school-based curriculum is a new form of education.This educational concept helps the teacher to lead and the full play of the student's dominantposition,and helps to improve the students' comprehensive literacy and innovation ability.The shortcoming of this research is that the quality of STEAM education cases exploring art fusion needs to be improved,and this research only provides a curriculum design plan.and its true effect needs to be further tested.
