With continuous integration of information technology achievements and education and teaching,a new teaching mode of micro-course has emerged.Micro-course makes the original boring teaching process more visualized,increases the interest of teaching,and plays a positive role in arousing students' interest in learning.Micro-course presents the teaching content to learners in a more thematic and fragmented form.This mode not only breaks the time and space restrictions that learners may be subject to in traditional teaching,but also satisfies their personalized needs.Meanwhile,a large number of teaching resources guarantee the understanding and consolidation of learners' subsequent learning.Therefore,the micro-course teaching mode based on computer multimedia technology has become the development trend in biology teaching and even in the whole education industry.At present,most of the micro courses applied in teaching practice are mainly linear videos,which lack interactivity and practicability.The same is true for the design of biological microcourses in kindergarten teachers' schools.Most teachers are unable to design and make more perfect biology micro-courses,which directly or indirectly affects the improvement of teaching efficiency to a certain extent.This study is guided by Cognitive Load Theory,Dell's "Tower of Experience" Theory and Constructivism Theory.Through documentation,investigation and practical case analysis,this study,combined with the relevant characteristics of biology in kindergarten teachers' schools,selects the chapter of "Angiosperm's morphology,structure and physiology" and uses ScreenFlash software to make and design biology micro-courses that accord with the characteristics of kindergarten teachers' schools.The basic principles,methods and steps of micro-courses design are summarized on the basis of previous studies.Taking the section "Photosynthesis of Leaves" as an example,the process of making micro-lessons is demonstrated in detail,and the micro-courses are put into practical teaching.Through interviews,questionnaires and chapter tests,the effect of the application of micro-courses in this study is analyzed and evaluated.Based on the data analysis,the conclusion is that the biology micro-courses made by ScreenFlash software can improve the teaching efficiency to a certain extent,stimulate students' interest in learning and get the acceptance of teachers and students.
