Abstract/Summary:
With the support of national policies,preschool education has been highly valued and developed.While the total amount of preschool education resources continues to increase,the quality of preschool education must also be guaranteed.The so-called education plan is teacher-oriented.The quality of kindergarten teachers is a prerequisite for guaranteeing the quality of preschool education.As an important way to improve the quality of kindergarten teachers,the training of kindergarten teachers has been highly valued by all provinces and cities.Through the transformation of kindergarten training methods and the innovation of training models to construct a new training model,so as to improve the quality of training to meet the needs of the development of preschool education.Micro-curriculum came into being under the strong demand of modern people for fragmented learning.The rise of micro-curriculum has promoted the transformation of kindergarten teacher training.The author tried to design and develop micro-curriculum applied to kindergarten teacher training to compensate for the existing kindergarten teacher training.Insufficient methods: the training teachers are limited by time and space,training time is long,the amount of training information is too large,the training teachers are not sufficiently autonomous,the training methods are not flexible enough,and the teacher-student interaction is insufficient.This research first combed and analyzed the relevant research literature of micro-courses at home and abroad,and explored the support and optimization of micro-courses for kindergarten teacher training based on the existing research results.Summarize related concepts and explore the differences and connections among them,and define the concept of the micro-course in this research.Collecting and sorting out related learning theories as thetheoretical support of this research.Develop micro-course design principles and learning platform design principles in combination with the learning characteristics of micro-courses and participating teachers,and design a scientific kindergarten teacher training micro-course development process based on existing teaching design models,including learner analysis,curriculum analysis,and production methods Selection,script design,micro-course case production,platform selection and design,course release,application evaluation.Follow the relevant design principles and strictly follow the process standards to guide the development of the kindergarten teacher training micro-course case.Through learner analysis,select the course content based on the needs of the learner,choose the best presentation method according to the course content,and design the script to guide the micro-course Case production.Choose the We Chat public platform as the micro-course publishing platform for interface and function design and testing.After the training,the feedback data of participating teachers will be collected through interviews and questionnaire surveys to analyze the learning effects of participating teachers and verify whether the training objectives are achieved.The analysis results show that the participating teachers are very accepting of this new type of curriculum,and are highly satisfied with the content and duration of the micro-course.Most of the participating teachers believe that the platform has comprehensive functions,clear navigation and reasonable layout.Participating teachers also said that after training,their initiative and autonomy in learning have been enhanced,and their educational technology and professional skills have been greatly improved.During the research process,the author verified the problems to be solved and believed that the application of micro-courses to kindergarten teacher training has solved the existing problems in the training of kindergarten teachers to a certain extent.This new training method breaks through the limitations of time and space.,The teacher’s autonomy can be demonstrated,easy to spread and share,update speed is fast,training methods are more flexible,and online communication makes teacher-student interaction closer.At the same time,the developed micro-courses have also enriched the kindergarten teacher training resources of our kindergarten,and provided a wealth of reference materials for subsequent micro-course training.Taking this as an opportunity,kindergartens can develop morekindergarten-based teacher training micro-courses.First of all,as a supplement to existing kindergarten teacher training,in the process of continuous improvement and development,construct a new model of kindergarten teacher training based on micro-courses.
