With the rapid development of educational information technology,microcurriculum,as a new form of educational resources organization,is gradually changing the way students learn.The learning objectives,contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of biology subject have also undergone great changes.The "core literacy system" has been placed in the basic position of deepening the reform of the school curriculum and implementing the goal of building a person by virtue.It can provide a new perspective for the research of microcurriculum design in China.Taking the core accomplishment of biology as the theoretical starting point of microcurriculum design,not only the center and goal of microcurriculum design can be clearly defined.At the same time,it can promote the research of core literacy and enrich the theoretical system of core literacy and microcurriculum to a certain extent.This paper analyzes the definition and research status of microlesson at home and abroad through the early literature review.Through questionnaire and interview,the author finds out that the students have a good foundation of microlesson teaching in senior high school.The acceptance of microcourses in biology is high,and they are willing to assist in classroom learning through micro-learning.However,the teachers lack the development of micro-curriculum,and the basis,value orientation and goal intention of micro-curriculum development are not clear.It is seldom used in teaching.In view of this,based on the cultivation of the four core qualities of biology,this paper expounds the design principles of biology microcurriculum in senior high school,as well as the new teaching classes and exercises.The design ideas of microcurriculum in four different classes of review and experiment are reviewed,and the script of microcourse design is given according to this idea.The research shows that,first,the formulation of micro-curriculum teaching goal is the primary link of micro-curriculum development.The formulation of micro-curriculum teaching goal should be based on curriculum standards and focus on the transfer of students from knowledge to ability.We should make full use of the digital resource environment,expand the knowledge of books,and make the teaching goal point to the students' future development through various forms such as homework feedback,conversation,observation and so on.Second,we should make full use of the digital resource environment and expand the knowledge of books.Themicrocurriculum design should embody the cultivation of the four core qualities of biology,the new course design of life concept,the exercise course design of developing scientific thinking,the revision course design of social responsibility,the experiment course design of deep scientific inquiry.In the process of receiving biology education and studying biology,students will gradually form the ability of personal life-long development to meet the needs of society.In different classes of biology in senior high school,the new course is to show the new knowledge and new concept that the students have never come into contact with.It is a prerequisite to help students form a concept of life.Exercise classes focus on setting up students' ideas for solving problems,so that students can form scientific thinking habits in deductive reasoning and induction of a series of topics.On the basis of forming knowledge system,the design of review course should pay attention to the solution of practical problems in production and life,and realize the use of learning,and the experiment course should pay attention to the cultivation of scientific inquiry ability.The application of modern information technology in biology experiment teaching breaks through many problems in biology experiment teaching due to limited experimental conditions.Third,microcourse evaluation is to test the quality of microcourse.The evaluation of high school biology microcurriculum based on core literacy should focus on the development of students' core literacy,and adopt a variety of evaluation methods through the design and development of microcurriculum.4th,The teaching of micro-curriculum based on core accomplishment should take the core content of biology as the carrier,mobilize the students' effective participation in various ways,and guide the students to carry on the deep exploration around the key problems.
