An Analysis Of The Factors Influencing The Willingness And Ways Of Rural Residents To Share The Olympic Center In Jinan

On the basis of a full review of the literature,this study combined the theories of public goods,transaction cost,property right,pareto improvement and sharing concept,etc.to construct the theoretical framework of influencing factors of rural residents' participation in the Olympic center in jinan,and designed a questionnaire based on the literature review.Field research and interviews were conducted in eight villages in jinan,including haijiaoyuan village,sanjianxi village,Fried rice shop,panzhuang village,yanzhuang village,dayangzhuang village,sanquanyu village and tawo village,and 231 statistical samples were obtained.Through descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,single factor ordinal logistic regression analysis,multi factor ordinal logistic regression analysis,binary logistic regression analysis and regression equation significance test and other statistical methods,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of rural residents sharing the Olympic Center of Jinan from two aspects of participation willingness and participation mode of rural residents.The main contents of this study include:(1)theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of rural residents' sharing of Jinan Olympic Center;(2)descriptive statistical analysis of the influencing factors of rural residents' sharing of Jinan Olympic Sports Center;(3)empirical analysis of the influencing factors of rural residents' sharing of Jinan Olympic Sports Center,which is mainly divided into two parts:(1)rural residents' sharing of the economy The empirical analysis of the willingness to participate in the South Olympic Sports Center;(2)the empirical analysis of rural residents' participation in Jinan Olympic Sports Center.The results show that :(1)Interest and hobbies,years of education and the occupation of rural residents are important factors that affect the willingness and way of participation of rural residents.The sports consciousness and concept of farmers play an important role in the development of rural sports.At present,most of the farmers' awareness of physical fitness in rural areas is concentrated on the basic sports facilities in their own village,and the awareness of sharing large public facilities is weak.(2)income level is still an important factor affecting residents' participation.The overall level of rural farmers in jinan has reached the well-off level,but we must admit that the inequality in rural areas is still very serious,some people have a high income of living standards,but still some people are still below the subsistence level.(3)amongthe sports facilities around the place of residence,there is a lack of sports and fitness facilities in rural areas,which cannot meet the increasing demands of farmers for sports.Residents are generally dissatisfied with the current sports facilities.The quality of sports competition is difficult to meet the rural demand for high-quality sports competition.(4)the majority of rural residents use buses and private cars for transportation.Most rural residents are far away from the Olympic sports center in jinan,so the cost of driving private cars is relatively high.Although buses are cheap,the cost of time spent on the road is relatively high,resulting in a low willingness of residents to participate.(5)Ticket prices and the number of times of participation in the Olympic Sports Center affect the participation of rural residents in the Olympic Sports Center.From an economic point of view,in order to meet the needs,we must have both purchasing power and willingness to participate.Spending money to participate in sports activities in the Olympic Sports Center is a luxury and wasteful thing for most rural residents.For most people,only the willingness to participate,but not the ability to participate,so the price of tickets directly affects the level of rural residents to participate in sports projects in the Olympic Sports Center.On the basis of the above conclusions,policy suggestions are put forward from four different dimensions:(1)government Olympic coordinated management.The main measures are:(1)legalization and standardization of sharing;(2)establishment of ticket classification system to stimulate market vitality.(2)Government community(village committee)coordinated management.The main measures are:(1)to improve the awareness of national fitness in rural areas and make physical exercise deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;(2)to establish a network feedback platform to mobilize the enthusiasm of sharing;(3)to vigorously carry out high-quality physical activities and sports competitions in rural areas.(3)Olympic sports community(village committee)coordinated management.Main measures:(1)establish the sharing platform of the Olympic Sports Center to improve the sharing quality;(2)establish the credit violation system to ensure a healthy sharing environment.(4)Government-Olympic Sports-Community(village committee)coordinated management.Main measures:(1)Set up supervision institutions to guide orderly sharing;(2)human resource training mechanism;(3)establish a reasonable lottery mechanism;(4)set up reward and incentive mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm of participants.
