The contradiction of teachers in elementary and middle schools which is between the growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development, leads to the disorder and one-way flow and excessive concentration of qualified teachers, which is not conducive to the balanced development of education and improvement of education quality. Therefore, the study of the influencing factors of teachers' professional flow in primary and secondary schools has a certain significance to guiding them to make correct and rational decisions. This paper first describes the meaning of occupational mobility, and then summarizes related researches. On this basis,we designed the related questionnaire.Teachers of primary and secondary schools in District A of Zhuzhou city are investigated.By use of Excel and SPSS20.0 software for data analysis, the following important conclusions are drawn:(1)by exploratory factor analysis, the influencing factors of teachers' professional flow in primary and secondary schools has two factors, including the internal influencing factor and the external influencing factor. The internal influencing factor consists of teaching staff, facilities and equipment, teaching atmosphere, and management system. And the external influencing factor contains excitation mechanism, professional identity, self development and welfare benefit.(2)by independent samples T-test and one-way ANOVAanalysis, the eight elements of the internal and external influencing factors have significant difference in terms of gender;all elements of the internal and external influencing factors have significant difference in terms of professional title and age. Finally,on the basis of the conclusions, some optimization strategies are presented for the teachers and leaders in primary and middle school and the administrative departments of education in the hope of correctly guiding the teachers' professional flow in District A of primary-middle schools while promoting the realization of urban and rural balanced development of education.
