High-level athletes in university is an important way for the country to train and select outstanding sports athletes,and also an important measure to promote the development of sports in China.In 2018,the number of universities recruiting high-level athletes in China has increased from 51 in 1987 to 279,and high-level athletes in universities have continued to grow.But at the same time,the employment problem of high-level athletes is increasingly serious.Therefore,how to deal with the employment problem of high-level athletes has become a very important issue,not only related to the development of athletes themselves,but also to the prosperity of national sports.This paper takes the 2017-2018 high-level athletes graduated from Renmin University of China,Harbin Institute of Technology,Beijing University of Chemical Technology,Shanghai University,Shandong Normal University,Dongbei University of Finance and Economics,Hebei Institute Of Communication College and Xiamen University of Technology as the sample of the school,and selectes 4 outstanding high-level athletes graduate as a sample case.The paper is studied by means of literature,questionnaire,case analysis and mathematical statistics:First of all,to investigate the overall employment status of high-level athletes in universities in China;Secondly,interview and analysis of 4 excellent employment cases;then,combines with the employment status of high-level athletes and interview results of excellent employment cases,summarize their employment experience,and points out the current problems of high-level athletes employment;Finally,from the subjective and objective aspects of the employment factors of high-level athletes in universities,in order to provide a reference for solving the employment problems of high-level athletes in China. |
