Education as a fundamental means of cultivating people plays an important role in human development and social development.Parental rearing style is a stable behavior habit and mode when parents train and educate their children,which has a significant impact on students' academic performance.This study uses the questionnaire to study and analyze the external factors of the parents' educational methods and the internal components of the students' own psychological capital,and further understand how the two contribute to the primary school students' academic performance.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Parents of different genders have different educational methods for primary school students;parents living in urban and rural areas have different educational methods for primary school students;As for the academic performance of primary school students,they are basically at a level.(2)The three aspects of parenting methods,psychological capital and academic achievement all affect each other.After analyzing the components of the parenting method,it can be seen that in addition to the father's excessive interference and refusal to deny,they all showed positive correlations with the various elements of psychological capital;both self-confidence and resilience had a significant positive impact on learning achievement.(3)Psychological capital plays an important intermediary role in the process of parental education methods affecting children's academic achievement.The specific performance is as follows: the family education mode of parents affects the psychological capital of primary school students,and the psychological capital of primary school students affects the academic performance of primary school students.
