Multi-attribute Fuzzy Evaluation Method And Its Application In Precision Poverty Alleviation Performance Evaluation

Because of the complexity of objective things and the ambiguity of human thinking,it is a very effective method to measure the attribute characteristics of things by using intervalvalued hesitant fuzzy language sets(IVHFLS)and hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy language sets(HIVIFLS).Firstly,combined with the real group decision process,the article defines the concept of standardized interval-valued hesitant fuzzy language set and interval-valued hesitant fuzzy language number vector,and corrects the score function and exact function calculation formula of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy language number.On this basis,the distance measure between interval-valued hesitant fuzzy linguistic numbers is constructed.Based on TOPSIS method,a multi-attribute evaluation model for interval-valued hesitant fuzzy language sets is established.Secondly,based on the limitation of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy language set,the paper studies the realistic formation mechanism of hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy language set.By modifying the existing language transfer function,combined with the score function and exact function of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number,it is innovative.The scoring function and exact function of hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic elements are improved,and the ordering method of hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic set is improved.The multi-attribute evaluation model based on hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic set is further constructed.Finally,according to the working mechanism of precision poverty alleviation,using the principle of analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system is established from four aspects: precise identification,precise assistance,precise management and accurate assessment.Aiming at the uncertainty information in the performance evaluation of precision poverty alleviation,a multi-attribute evaluation model of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy language set and hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy language set is established.By using two multi-attribute fuzzy evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate and rank the precise poverty alleviation work in four areas of Hunan Xiangxi,the feasibility and practicability of the two evaluation models are verified,which can not only comprehensively evaluate the work performance,but also find The prevailing problems of poverty alleviation and the key elements of each poverty alleviation point.This kind of fuzzy evaluation method is not only applicable to the performance evaluation of precision poverty alleviation work,but also can be applied to the performance evaluation of multi-object and multi-indicators in other fields,and has a good promotion and application value.
