Research On The Body Language In Aerobics Teaching

As an important sports item in school sports,calisthenics can not only enhance physical fitness and improve body shape,but also cultivate sentiment,which is loved by the majority of students.As a non-verbal means of information expression,the reasonable use of body language in aerobics teaching is conducive to students'understanding of technical movements,active classroom atmosphere and improvement of students' learning interest.This paper studies the body language in aerobics teaching by means of literature,video analysis,expert interview,observation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Consulted the following conclusions:(1)Combined with aerobics teaching,body language can be divided into symbolic body language,illustrative body language,expressive body language,adaptive body language and regulatory body languageaccording to the application characteristics of body language;According to the classification of body language,body language can be divided into head body language,gesture body language,body language and distance body language.Dress is different from other body language,it mainly means how person dress up.(2)Verbal language mainly plays a role in people's hearing,while body language mainly plays a role in people's vision.Therefore,with the accompaniment of music aerobics,body language can give full play to its unique advantages,invisibly infect students,drive their enthusiasm,and effectively improve the teaching effect.(3)The functions of body language are demonstrative function,hint function,explanation function,instructive function,feedback function,supervision function and encouragement function,among which demonstrative function has the greatest influence on teaching effect,followed by hint function.(4)The application of body language in aerobics teaching includes unconscious concomitant body language,conscious use of body language and conscious input of body language.In the process of calisthenics teaching,teachers should use consciously input body language to demonstrate movements,accurately and appropriately use consciously used body language to guide teaching,and consciously control their own unconscious body language,pay attention to the control of teaching attitude,can better show the teaching content to students.(5)The specific application of body language in aerobics teaching is divided into the application of organizational teaching and the application of movement elements.The application of body language in organizational teaching is divided into the application of dress,the application of head language,expression language,eye language,gesture language,body language and distance language,and the application of movement elements into the application of basic steps and basic upper limb movements.Body language has different functions in the two types of action elements,the former mainly plays the role of prompting the next action,while the latter plays the role of prompting the current action and reminding students to pay attention to the normative action.Both of them are helpful for students to master the action accurately and normative and improve learning efficiency.(6)In addition to the teaching content,aerobics teachers mostly use gestures and body language,followed by eye language,distance language,expression language and head language.The use of body language in aerobics teaching by teachers varies from person to person.The use of body language by teachers with rich experience is rich and natural.They can use a variety of body language at the same time and express the intention intuitively and accurately.Teachers with rich experience can express body language more clearly and achieve better teaching effect.(7)Problems existing in the use of body language in aerobics teaching include:insufficient types of use of body language,inappropriate timing of use of body language,inadequate natural use of body language,unsatisfactory coordination between body language and spoken language,and inappropriate dressing of teachers.Countermeasure:use body language flexibly,use body language accurately and normative,use body language naturally,strengthen the organic cooperation between body language and spoken language,and pay attention to the tidiness and appropriateness of teachers' clothes.
