The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that "education should be given priority and the modernization of education should be accelerated"."Education informatization 2.0 action plan" also points out,"to accelerate the modernization of education and education power building,stand at a new historical starting point,education informatization as the education system reform endogenous force,support and lead the development of education modernization.According to the national policy documents,it is of great significance to promote the development of educational informatization.The progress of each school promotes the progress of education,and the principal plays an important role in the development of a school.Therefore,principal informatization leadership plays a vital role in school informatization construction and the development of educational informatization.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,significance,method and content of this research.Secondly,the author sorted out,analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign research status quo: defined the concepts of leadership,information-based leadership,principal information-based leadership,index and principal information-based leadership index.The development course and evaluation research of the informationized leadership of foreign principals are summarized.This paper summarizes the existing connotation research,structure research,evaluation system research and empirical research of the information-based leadership of principals in China,and emphatically analyzes and summarizes the connotation structure research and evaluation system research of the information-based leadership of principals in China.On the basis of sorting out relevant researches,this paper analyzes the research on evaluation criteria of principal informationized leadership by Chinese scholars,and summarizes the composition of principal informationized leadership with emphasis.From the structure of the existing research and evaluation system of research,this paper summarizes the four level of evaluation index of the principal informatization leadership: informatization planning,information management,information evaluation,information technology,and under 4 first-level indicators,11 secondary evaluation indexes: formulates plans for the development of information technology environment,formulates informatization construction of teaching plan,information environment,promote the construction of teachers' information technology teaching,information system,student information study,the evaluation of informatization teaching understanding,evaluation information construction,information technology,information technology application ability,information technology reflection ability.On this basis,the education informatization and the provinces Center For Audio Visual Education,National Center for Educational Technology on collecting a large number of dynamic news,announcements,education informatization,so as to collect the outstanding cases,competition award winners list of schools,teachers,according to the collected list and then collect the school principal in the school's specific what have done in the course of information construction,to collect these things for sorting,induction,summed up the 45 three-level index(the principal should do).On the basis of summarizing and sorting out what principals should do(namely three-level index),the index system was determined by soliciting opinions from principals of primary and secondary schools.Finally,consulting some principals of primary and secondary schools and combining with the analysis and research of the existing evaluation index system,the weight of the first-level index and the second-level index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.On this basis,the information-based leadership index of principals is constructed.Finally,the author selected two schools to construct the index for analysis and verification,and the deficiencies in the research process were reviewed and summarized. |
