An Analysis Of The Employment Situation And Innovative Entrepreneurship Prospects Of College Students Majoring In Physical Education In Chongqing

Nowadays,"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" has become an important national strategy,China has issued more than 50 policy documents to support innovation and entrepreneurship.In September 2018,the State issued a further proposal to promote the upgrading of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation Initiative,making it clear that we will further optimize the entrepreneurial environment for private enterprises,strengthen the employment promotion role of entrepreneurial enterprises,and "reduce the burden" on entrepreneurial enterprises at the same time.At the same time,the employment situation in China is gradually tense under the influence of the domestic and foreign economic environment.with the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities and the reform of the education system,the number of students in ordinary colleges and universities is increasing.The number of students majoring in physical education is also expanding with the process of enrollment expansion.Employment and entrepreneurial environment is an important lifelong choice for these college graduates majoring in physical education.It is very necessary to study the employment status and entrepreneurial status of sports majors,and on this basis to make a policy analysis of employment and entrepreneurship.Taking students majoring in physical education in Chongqing as samples,combined with the present situation of specialty setting and curriculum education of students majoring in physical education in Chongqing,this study investigates and analyzes the present situation of employment and entrepreneurship of students majoring in physical education in Chongqing,and on the basis of the present situation,This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the optimization of employment and entrepreneurship.Specifically,this study has done two parts of empirical research on the basis of literature review.In the first part,321 students majoring in physical education in seven local colleges and universities in Chongqing,such as the Institute of physical Education of Chongqing University and the Institute of physical Education of Southwest normal University,were investigated,and their employment status,concept of career choice and job selection environment were analyzed and diagnosed in detail.Focusing on the practical factors that affect the employment of college students,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,supervising the situation of students' practice,and so on,aiming at the schools,individuals and the society.The second part of this study investigates the entrepreneurial status of students majoring in physical education in Chongqing,and also selects fresh graduates such as the College of physical Education of Chongqing University and the College of physical Education of Southwest normal University.At the same time,with the help of Chongqing Shapingba Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service platform,43 entrepreneurial samples were integrated for local college graduates majoring in physical education.One-to-one interview questionnaire was used to investigate the current entrepreneurial status,entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial environment.On the basis of questionnaire analysis,aiming at schools,individuals and society,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as cultivating students' entrepreneurial consciousness,implementing entrepreneurship education credit system and so on.In theory,this study makes a supplementary exploration for the literature in the field of college students' innovation,entrepreneurship and employment.empirically,it makes an investigation and analysis on the employment and entrepreneurship of Chongqing and sports majors as a sub-group.It provides more first-hand data and practical analysis for related fields,and enriches the academic research in related fields.This study also provides a reference for the employment of students majoring in physical education,provides a reference for students majoring in physical education to start a business,and provides rigorous research data for the formulation of relevant employment and entrepreneurship policies of schools and governments.Therefore,this study is of great significance and results in the field of college students' entrepreneurship theory and practice.
