Objective:This paper study on exhaustive exercise in high temperature, exercise joint and after heat adaptation through animal experiments.Through this study,To understand the changes of fluid regulation of hormones and related factors of exercise in the high temperature environment in rats,in order to provide some basic theoretical basis and reference for training and competition of athletes in the high temperature environment. Methods:Male Wistar rats were divided into six groups:quiet control group(exposed in 23°C for 6 days and exposed in 23°C)(Q),exposed in 38°C for 6days and exposed in 38°C(HP),exercised in ambient temperature(23°C)for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 23°C(R),exercised in 38°C for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C(HA),exercised23°C in ambient temperature for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C(HE),exposed for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C(P).Exercise from 12 m/min to 22 m/min sec for the incremental exercise, the slope of5%,exposed or exercise temperature set to 38°C,relative humidity of 50±5%.Isolated serum and plasma immediately from abdominal aortic blood after exercise and exposure treatment, removed the hypothalamus, frozened in liquid nitrogen, then placed in refrigerator of-80°C temperature.Measured exposure and serum after the exercise of Na~+,K~+,Posm,AVP,ALD,ANP concentration, and remove the hypothalamus determination of AVP mRNA gene expression.Result:(1)Compared(HA)(exercised in 38°C for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C)with(Q)(exposed in 23°C for 6 days and exposed in 23°C),(HA)(exercised in 38°C for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C)AVP,ALD increased significantly,K~+reduced not significantly,Plasma osmolality?AVPmRNA and Na~+increased very significantly.(2)Compared(R)(exercised in ambient temperature 23°C for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 23°C)with(HA)(exercised in 38°C for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C),(HA)(exercised in 38°C for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C)AVP?ALD?ANP?Posm?Na~+and Na~+/K~+increased not significantly.AVP mRNA increased significantly.(3)Compared(P)(exposed for 6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C)with(HP)(exposed in 38°C for 6 days and exposed in 38°C),(P)(exposed for6 days and exhaustive exercise in 38°C)AVP?ALD?ANP?Posm?Na~+and K~+increased not significantly.Na~+/K~+reduced significantly.AVP mRNA increased very significantly.Conclusions:(1)fluid regulation hormones and related factors changes have played an important role in maintaining fluid balance in high temperature environment when exercise in normal atmospheric temperature and high temperature environment.(2)For exercising in normal atmospheric temperature, high temperature and high-temperature exposure treatment, the fluid regulation capacity enhanced of rats after exercising in normal and high temperature environment;the fluid regulation capacity was better after exercising in high-temperature environment;(3)After exercising in normal atmospheric temperature, exercising in high temperature and exposuring in high temperature, the rat hypothalamus AVP mRNA increased, the thermal adaptation capacity increased.
