Objective:Through judo athletes in the simulation of high temperature and humidity and high temperature and moisture environment, one of two body composition before and after exercise, sweating rate, energy metabolic rate, the analysis of ionic and other indicators to explore the judo athletes in the high temperature and humidity and high temperature and moisture environment, Under certain physiological and biochemical indicators of changes in the law for the judo athletes, scientific and effective implementation of the pre-control weight reduction to provide experimental basis.Subjects and methods: Select the Beijing judo athletes 10, respectively, at room temperature, and moisture and simulated temperature and moisture, high temperature and high humidity environment, to conduct a moderate-intensity exercise, testing body composition before and after exercise, sweating rate, energy metabolic rate, electrolyte ions and other related indicators .The results: (1) high-temperature group (high temperature and humidity, high temperature and often wet) body weight, body fat content and relative water content of the reductions were significantly higher than normal temperature and moisture group (p <0.01); high-temperature comparison between groups, group of high temperature and humidity decrease in relative water content was significantly higher than the amount of heat and moisture group (p <0.05).(2) The high-temperature group (high temperature and humidity, high temperature and often wet) compared with the normal temperature and moisture, energy metabolic rate, energy consumption, sweat rates were significantly higher (p <0.01); high temperature comparison between groups, high temperature and high humiditygroup of energy metabolic rate, energy consumption, sweat rates were significantly higher than the temperature and moisture group (p <0.05).(3) high-temperature group (high temperature and humidity, high temperature and often wet) compared with the normal temperature and moisture, sweat potassium, calcium and sodium ions increased the loss significantly (p <0.05); high temperature comparison between groups, sweat potassium, calcium and sodium ions the loss of no significant difference (p> 0.05).(4) high-temperature group (high temperature and humidity, high temperature and often wet) compared with the normal temperature and moisture, urine potassium, calcium and sodium ions increased the loss significantly (p <0.05); high temperature comparison between groups, urinepotassium, calcium and sodium ions the loss of no significant difference.(5) high temperature and moisture group will appear in the training process of chest tightness, nausea and other symptoms, high temperature and high humidity group was rare.Conclusion:(1) The high-temperature group reduced body fat, the relative water content is higher than the normal temperature and moisture reduction group, for rapid weight reduction, the high-temperature group was significantly better than the normal temperature group. From the point of view of energy metabolism, high-temperature group of large energy consumption, leaving downhill faster to achieve the desired goal weight.(2) The high-temperature group of sweat and urine ion potassium, calcium and chloride ions is higher than normal temperature and moisture loss group, indicating more easily under high temperature caused by water-salt metabolic disorders.
