| Talent is one of the most basic elements to promote economic and social development,and it is also an element to promote the prosperity and development of innovation activities.In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the development of the manufacturing industry.In 2015,the state proposed the“Made in China 2025” plan to promote the development and transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,from “Made in China” to “Made in China”.In the process of developing manufacturing,the improvement of talent quality is the key.Under the new situation,we should coordinate the development of the planning skills team.As an important part of the talent team of manufacturing enterprises,skilled talents are an important support for high-quality development.Skilled talents are the last mile of the development of the manufacturing industry.The cultivation of skilled talents is an important factor affecting the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.The skill level of skilled talents is the guarantee of this last mile.The research on the characteristics of artisans of skilled talents has some achievements in the academic world,but no clear definition of dimensions has been given.For this reason,this paper adopts the grounded theory method,selects some manufacturing enterprises in Shenzhen Baoan to conduct research,and emplo GJYS individual talents and top management of enterprises.Personnel and HR leaders are in-depth interviews,in-depth interviews,and screening and coding anal GJYSis of the materials obtained from the survey,and developing the concept of “ artisan characteristics ” of skilled personnel.The craftsmanship characteristics of skilled talents are mai GJNLy composed of artisan awareness,craftsmanship and craftsmanship.The main dimensions are combined,and combined with the dimensions derived from the roots,the skill measurement scale for skilled craftsmen is developed.On this basis,in order to further verify the validity of the scale,after designing the initial scale,carry out pre-investigation work,collect 106 valid questionnaires,pre-test the scales,delete unnecessary items,and form an initial scale..After the initial scale was formed,a large sample survey and data test were conducted.At this stage,a total of 412 valid questionnaires were collected,and the questionnaire was divided into two parts.Part A was used for exploratory factor anal GJYSis,and part B was used for confirmatory factor anal GJYSis.The formal scale is formed by steps such as reliability test,exploratory factor anal GJYSis,confirmatory factor anal GJYSis,content validity and structural validity test.This paper explores the construction and related dimensions of the skill and craftsmanship of the skilled talents,and develops the corresponding scales,which is intended to provide a reference for the enterprise to identify and cultivate the required "artisan" skills,and to study the field for follow-up scholars.Provide reference. |
