Teachers' teaching competence is the foundation of teachers' professional development and the essential factor of teachers' successful teaching.In recent years,many scholars have paid attention to the classroom teaching of teachers,and most of them regard the process of teaching and learning as the communication and training on the mental level.This,to a certain extent,affects the concept positioning and training path of teachers' professional development,and makes teachers' physical experience and practical wisdom fail to receive corresponding attention.As a new research field in the field of cognitive psychology,embodied cognition theory emphasizes embodied,situational and dynamic characteristics,which have important guiding significance for the classroom teaching of the separation of mind and body.Starting from this theory,the analysis of teachers' teaching competence will help to provide a new research perspective for the research of teachers' teaching competence,change teachers' cognitive view formed in traditional teaching,and provide a new path for teachers' professional development.First of all,from the perspective of embodied cognition theory,the body plays an important role in the study of embodied cognition theory.The characteristics of teaching competence of excellent teachers are embodied in the physical,generative,situational and dynamic characteristics of teachers in the teaching process.Secondly,through the use of quantitative frequency analysis,20 selected literature on teacher competency and teaching evaluation are analyzed,teaching competency is divided into four basic dimensions: teaching knowledge,emotional interaction,teaching ability and teaching reflection.Again,for the Chinese teachers' teaching competency study basic present situation,through classroom observation and teachers' teaching design and so on,the text carries on the preliminary arrangement and analysis,on this basis the article USES the method of interview,from four dimensions to understand the teacher in the teaching competence of understanding and awareness,found thatthe current teaching competency,the problems existing in the teaching target knowledge oriented;The teaching activity presents the unidirectional transmission state;'de-contextualization' of text and life;The lack of teachers and students' consciousness of 'unity of body and mind',and the teaching objectives,teaching practice,teaching interaction and teaching effect evaluation are the main factors affecting the teaching competency of teachers.Through the investigation of the current situation of teachers' teaching competence,it can be found that some teachers do not realize the importance of "body" participation in the process of education and believe that the body is dispensable in the classroom.Part of teachers while aware of the role of the body in the teaching,but without the support of cognitive theory and system,not to himself,in the classroom and students,teaching text well together,in general,in the teachers' teaching competence of the researchers,one is the accumulation of experience in teaching for teachers' teaching competence has a direct effect,the second is teachers' self cognition of teaching in teachers play the role of directivity in practical teaching.In order to improve teachers' teaching competence,based on the dialectical unity of teaching goal presupposition and generation,diversified experiential teaching activities with physical participation can be carried out,a teaching situation integrating "body" into the environment can be created,and the teaching reflection strategy of "human" presence can be implemented to promote the development of teaching competence.The present situation of research on how the body cognitive theory and problems of teachers' practice teaching better integration,in the future practice of continuous learning,will start from each link of teaching,put forward more relevant path of teacher's teaching practice,teachers not only to realize the importance of the body,at the same time learn to good use and cognitive theory in the teaching,in order to achieve the goal of improve teachers' teaching competence.
