| Cheerleading is a charismatic sport,which has been welcomed and loved by Chinese children since it was introduced.However,due to the short development time,students don't fully understand the cheerleading movement,and coaches also lack scientific and systematic training methods.The application of core strength training in cheerleading training can not only improve the sport skill level of children,but also effectively prevent the sports injury.According to the characteristics of children's physical and mental development,this research applies the core strength training to the special core strength training of dance cheerleading,and discusses the special core strength training in the physical quality and technical difficulty of children's cheerleading exercises.In order to find the most direct and effective core training method to improve the level of children's cheerleading exercises,Whether the special core strength training has a positive correlation effect on the physical quality,skilled movements,sports achievement and prevention of sports injury in children's cheerleading exercises.In order to find the most direct and effective core training methods to improve the chlidren's cheerleading development.The purpose of this paper is to enrich the theory of cheerleading training for young children,to help them correctly understand the importance of core strength training in cheerleading,and to provide references for coaches to carry out scientific cheerleading training.The methods of literature,training experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis were used in this study.Thirty-four female students aged 8 to 11 in Chengdu rhythmic Sports Club were selected as the subjects and divided into experimental group and control group on average.During the experiment training period of 12 weeks,a total of 24 class hours,the experimental group carried out the special core strength training of cheerleading in the experimental group.The control group carried on the traditional strength training,through the experiment before and after the experiment to the experimental subjects carried out three basic physical qualities,three skilled movements and a set of cheerleading movements test,The data before and after the experiment were stored,calculated and processed by Microsoft Excel and SPSS22.0 software.Before the experimental training,the physical quality,skilled movements and a set of cheerleading movements were tested.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in these three indexes between the experimental group and the control group,belonging to the same level.The results of the post-experiment study are as follows:(1)after special core strength training,the physical quality of the athletes in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group with two cycles of traditional waist and abdomen strength.Push-down elbow brace and prone chest lifting,and high-five action had the most significant effect on the improvement of dorsal muscle performance in one minute.The special core strength training is more comprehensive and rapid to improve the physical quality of cheerleading athletes.(2)Cheerleading exercise special core strength training can effectively improve the level of difficult movements of athletes.After two cycles of training,the performance and improvement of the athletes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the two difficult movements of long-span jump and swallow balance were significantly improved.The results show that the core strength training of cheerleading can enhance the control power and balance stability of torso and balance than the traditional training of waist and abdomen strength,so as to save physical strength and to coordinate the difficult movements of limbs more quickly and accurately.(3)Based on the improvement of physical quality and difficult movement level,the complete set of movement level can be significantly improved.It is explained that the core strength training is more suitable for children to improve their performance in dance and cheerleading than traditional waist and belly strength training.(4)It is feasible to add special core strength training to the daily training of children's dance cheerleading.Although the traditional training can also exercise children's abdomen,back and other forces,but the special core strength training can be more rapid and effective,comprehensively improve the strength of the core area of children and improve the overall level of exercise.It can also effectively prevent sports injury,improve children's physical quality,combat depression,and develop good physical exercise habits.(5)Cheerleading special core strength training should be carried out for two cycles,a total of more than 24 class hours will have a significant impact on physical quality.After a cycle of special training,the average score of the experimental group was improved,but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment and in the control group.After two cycles of core strength training,the level of physical fitness,difficult movement and complete set of movements in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. |
