The revolutionary change of competitive sports drives the rapid development of sports training theory, a large number of systematic and scientific training system emerged in the global scope. China introduces world’s advanced sports training method to prepare the2012London Olympic Games. Athletes’Performance involved in national champion teams for the first time, which aims to help athletes get perfect record in London Olympic. Chinese Table Tennis Males as national champion team becomes the major object of this training. All levels coaches attach great importance to the athletes’physical training, in the past training. But it have not been formed a set training system concerning the need and characteristics of our table tennis athletes as so far. The writer got research of Strength Training Methods of Athletes’Performance for Chinese Table Tennis Males in their training cycle. And this paper widely elaborate on it’s training method and movements combination characteristic and hope to provide guidance for all the table tennis athletes.The research results are as follows:(1) According to the individual differences of athletes, FMS can precisely screening out different kinds of movement dysfunction and potential risk of sports injury. This is the premise and foundation of individual training program.(2) Injury prevention should combine soft tissue recovery with strength training. In the early stage of training, the stability or flexibility of joints should be improved. In the following strength training, we improve muscle strength around joints to achieve the effect of injury prevention.(3) The pillar strength is the foundation of improve the effectiveness of kinetic linking. The agility, stability and balance of body are premise of pillar strength training. Especially in early stage, stable state of the static practice comes first, then based on it and gradually transition to rapid practice under unstable state.(4) Gluteus muscles should be pay attention in performance training. Commit gluteus muscles to take the body move and twist fast. Establish correct movements and power sequence to improve the effect of kinetic linking.(5) The movements of performance training should in keeping with practical requirements of table tennis. It should emphasis give out force accurately during fast moving. Especially should pay attention to power of fast moving, improve the ability of complete composite movements in multidimensional, unstable conditions.
