Study On Polices Change Of Senior Education In Laos

With the continuous economic transformation,Laos has changed from a planned economy to a market economy.And its economy has entered a golden period of rapid development.In order to maintain the sustainable development of the national economy,Laos' government is trying to promote it through the development of higher education.Since the second half of the 20 th century,Laos' government has invested a lot of painstaking efforts in higher education and has made certain achievements.However,looking back on the development history of higher education in Laos,it can be found that there are still a series of problems in higher education in Laos caused by fewer specialized courses,serious gender discrimination and enrollment expansion.If the Lao higher education policy is not adjusted quickly,it will seriously restrict the sustainable development of Lao higher education.Therefore,in present economic environment,the research on the policy changes of higher education in Laos is of great practical significance to higher education in Laos.Through combing the current research situation of Laos' higher education policy and the theoretical research results of policy changes,the author finds that the current research of Laos' higher education mainly focuses on the comprehensive research of teachers' salary and treatment,curriculum setting and education history,while the theoretical research of policy changes is less.Therefore,the internal and external causes of Laos' higher education policy changes cannot be accurately found,which has a certain impact on policy adjustments.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this paper points out the internal and external causes of Laos' higher education policy,as well as the achievements and shortcomings of policy changes in recent years,and puts forward suggestions to improve Laos' higher education policy.Based on the internal and external environmental factors in the theory of policychange,this paper analyzes the internal and external causes of educational policy change in Laos,and puts forward more comprehensive improvement suggestions.This is a brand-new exploration of Laos' higher education policy changes,and provides some reference for future Laos' higher education policy changes,and guidelines for Laos to formulate more perfect higher education policies in the future.
