The Synthetic Evaluation And Analysison Of Quality And Speed Of Urbanization In Xinjiang

At present,China's new urbanization construction has entered a new stage of transformation with the emphasis on improving the quality of comprehensive development,from the pursuit of the growth rate of urbanization rate to the promotion of the connotation of urbanization.Healthy and high-quality urbanization is not one of the factors that achieves a leading level,but the goal of mutual development and mutual promotion of urbanization quality and development speed to achieve common development.Xinjiang urbanization system planning has insufficient understanding of the current urbanization development disadvantage,and the growth rate is too high.It discusses how the quality and speed of Xinjiang urbanization can be coordinated and better,and provides a better social foundation for the overall goal of “social stability and long-term stability”.The key issues to be solved.In this paper,in the context of the current multi-policy inclination of urbanization in Xinjiang and the combination of multiple disadvantages,a comprehensive evaluation of the quality and speed of urbanization in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2017 was carried out using various analysis methods.Firstly,in the study of urbanization quality,the entropy method is used to measure the quality of urbanization by establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system,and the evolution process of contribution rate and elasticity of each subsystem is analyzed.Secondly,from population and synthesis From the perspective of urbanization speed,the urbanization speed of the two perspectives of Xinjiang and various states(cities)was compared and analyzed,and the correlation between speed and industrialization,non-agriculturalization and economic level was studied.Finally,the quadrant was adopted.The map method evaluates the coordination relationship between urbanization quality and speed in different regions.The conclusions are obtained through research:(1)The quality of urbanization in Xinjiang has been in a rising period.According to the different speeds of increase,it can be divided into three stages: steady rise,accelerated rise and deceleration.From the perspective of subsystems,economic development and contribution of residents' life The rate is higher,the contribution of social development and urban-rural coordination is more flexible;the spatial quality of urbanization varies from place to place.According to the system clustering method,the quality of urbanization in each state(city)is divided into four types,and three points can be seen.One of the prefectures is a low-urbanization quality type.After years of development,the quality of urbanization in each state has a certain solidification phenomenon.(2)Xinjiang urbanization has the characteristics of low starting point and slow speed.The annual average growth rate is lower than the national average growth rate for a long time and the urbanization rate lags behind the regional economic development;the urbanization speed ranking and urbanization rate of the local(city)population There is a big difference.The growth rate of the medium or low urbanization rate is obviously higher than that of the urbanization rate.It shows a large development potential;the overall urbanization speed is first rising and then decreasing,2011 After that,the speed has a trend of decreasing year by year.(3)There is a phenomenon of heavy speed and light quality in urbanization in Xinjiang.Most of the developments in the prefectures are uncoordinated.According to the actual situation of different regions,a combination of quality and speed is proposed.
