Coordination Research Of The Urbanization Speed And Quantity In Tarim

Urbanization in the central working conference put forward six tasks, to support the development of the Midwest and northeast is considered the most prominent in the planning of urbanization. Meeting is clear, conditions in the west and the northeast region, rely on market forces and state planning guide, gradually developed a number of urban agglomeration, become an important growth pole of driving the development of the Midwest and northeast. It is understood that the main content of the western urbanization development planning is the development of the western urbanization and to build a new "silk road", the combination of western building circle of international economic cooperation, construction, to the north west development "bridgehead". Core area, is the silk road construction in xinjiang is the glue connecting central Asia and Europe, southern xinjiang, xinjiang urbanization development lags behind the border, its relationship to urbanization construction development and the improvement of the silk road economic belt. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the urbanization development in tarim basin, can be in the construction of "area" use of geographical advantages better play a role, and can grasp the future development direction of urbanization.The urbanization in Tarim Basin is an important part of China. Its special geographical position and the fragile natural environment determines the special urbanization development which need to pay more attention on the coordination of the speed and quality. In this paper, it studied dynamic evolution and development characteristics of the Tarim Basin 42 counties and cities in the year from 1978 to2012 by ARCGIS. After the analysis, the paper advances corresponding strategy of promoting arbanization of the Tarim Basin, demonstrating its slow pace. The quantitative analysis reveals urbanization trend in the Tarim Basin would keep the slow rate.
