At present, economic globalization is a general trend, and the rapid development of multinational companies in the global scope of business is expanding,a product production is no longer limited to a certain or a few countries, but according to the different production processes of products, products will be distributed to the global scope of production. In this under the background of globalization, for China to participate in the global value chain is the inevitable trend, especially "in" the implementation of the strategy of the economic exchanges between China and the world more frequently, which makes China in global value chain plays a very important role,China became the world's famous factory. On the one hand, this will play an important role in promoting China's economic growth;on the other hand,long-term low-end locking will limit the quality of China's economic development. At the same time, although China's share of labor income has increased in a short time,it still has a certain gap with other countries(regions)in the world. The income distribution, which is measured by the share of labor income, will directly affect China's consumption level, social stability and a series of other issues, and then determine whether the great achievements of China's economy since the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up can truly benefit the people. Therefore, the content of this paper is mainly to analyze the impact of China's participation in global value chain on the share of labor income from the perspective of global value chain participation in the context of economic globalization, hoping to explore the relationship and mechanism between the two and propose feasible policy Suggestions for further increasing labor income. The main research methods of this paper include: first, literature research. The premise of this paper is to browse, summarize and summarize domestic and foreign literatures on global value chain and income gap,so as to lay sufficient theoretical support for the study of this paper. At the same time, find the data required by the paper to ensure the smooth progress of the empirical analysis of the paper; The second is the research method combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. In addition to theoretical research, this paper also conducts empirical regression analysis on the impact of participating in global value chain on labor income share. This paper mainly includes five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly includes the research background, research purpose, research significance, literature review, research methods, main contents,as well as the innovation points and deficiencies of the paper. The second chapter is the relevant status quo analysis, including the status quo of China's participation in global value chain and China's share of labor income and their measurement methods. The third chapter is the related theoretical mechanism research, including the traditional division of labor model and value chain division of labor model under the influence of the share of labor income differences and the global value chain of labor income transmission mechanism.Chapter four is the empirical analysis of the impact of global value chain on China's labor income, including the construction of relevant models, variable interpretation and empirical results. The fifth chapter draws a conclusion based on the analysis results of the fourth chapter. At the same time, the integration into global value chain will increase the share of labor income by driving domestic technological progress and optimizing industrial structure. Finally according to the analysis results to increase the share of labor income to put forward relevant policy recommendations.
