Improving the quality of teachers is the key to promoting quality education in an all-round way.Teacher teaching efficacy is an important aspect of teacher quality.The research on teacher efficacy has become an important topic in the field of teacher psychology research in recent years.So far,a large number of studies on teachers' teaching efficacy by psychologists at home and abroad show that teachers' teaching efficacy is an important factor affecting teachers' teaching behavior.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the important variables that affect teachers' teaching efficacy--the school environment factors in which teachers are located and the cognitive mode of teachers themselves,namely attribution mode.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research value,research purpose,research purpose and innovation of this paper,and defines the relevant core concepts.Then the literature review,mainly on the domestic and foreign related literature and the viewpoint has carried on the collection and the reorganization;Next,the specific implementation process of action research is mainly carried out and the results are analyzed and summarized.At last,according to the above research conclusions,the relevant promotion strategies are put forward based on the foreign advanced experience in improving teachers' teaching efficacy.In this study,a total of121 effective subjects in all grades of J school in futian district were selected.The relationship between teaching efficacy and teacher attribution orientation,school environment and other factors was studied with a variety of scales.The obtained data were analyzed and processed.Therefore,by investigating the status quo of primary school teachers' sense of efficacy and case study,the author understands and analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies based on literature and theoretical research.This study believes that the important guarantee of quality education comes from the continuous improvement of the teacher team,and the improvement of the teacher team requires the support of the external educational environment combined with the unremitting efforts of the teacher himself.The optimization of the teaching staff is a necessary condition for high level educational output.Schools and teachers often more attention to student's progress and improve,while neglecting teachers' professional development and improving,in fact,these two aspects can promote each other,the development of teachers' specialization level is higher,the student's progress and development space is larger,solve the problem of teachers is equivalent to provide important support for the development of students.Teachers play an irreplaceable and decisive role in the improvement and development of education.By comprehensively considering teachers' internal energy and external efficacy,we can more accurately analyze the factors of teachers with low education quality and explore practical strategies for continuous improvement.
