| In the period of 0-3 years old,the physical and mental development of infants and young children are extremely rapid,and the socialized places are mainly families and schools.Through reviewing the literature,the author has learned that the current literature research on social work participation in community early education mainly focuses on socially disadvantaged groups such as left-behind children and migrant children,and as social work objects are increasingly expanding to social general groups,and more recently.Over the years,affected by the changes in the national fertility policy and the concept of parental education,the demand for early childhood education related services has gradually increased.In this study,the author will take the community early education in which social work has been involved in recent years as the research object,and deeply observe the social work institutions of C and H in the community to do community early education,and compare and analyze the application of the professional methods of the two institutions in social work.The difference found that the theoretical sources and program design of the early education courses of the two institutions are similar.The social work of the H institutions participates in community early education and uses the social work methods of the group.However,the community early education projects of the H institutions are non-professional,non-professional,and non-specialized.The staff is led by the completion of the professionalism is difficult to guarantee,so the community early education of the institution is very dependent on the government's funds,and does not form a sustainable service.Y institutions use community social work methods to carry out unpaid inclusive courses in the community to attract parents of infants and children to participate,and then recruit a fixed infant family group through the low-paid fee-based early education course.In the early education curriculum,social workers will take the initiative to observe families with problems in family interaction,infant development,etc.,and then apply for family and family work to help families ease their difficulties.Through comprehensive use of cases,groups,and community social work methods,Y organization has demonstrated the professionalism of its community early education,gained recognition from the community and infant families,and achieved self-hematopoietic function through low-paying courses,forming a long-term and orderly project.service.According to the application of the two social work methods in the early education of the community,the author compares the differences between the two social organizations that participate in the community early education with the three dimensions of service object,financing mode and service delivery mechanism.The two institutions are classified into government-purchased community early education.Model and community-interactive community early education model.Then by analyzing the characteristics and problems of the two community early education models,the author proposes the improvement of the long-term service mechanism construction elements and related policy recommendations. |
