Research On The Optimization Of The Teaching Content Of Children's(U12) Basketball Training Institutions Under The Concept Of TGFU

Basketball has been deeply loved by students as a kind of game since its invention.However,at present,most of the children's basketball training institutions adopt the traditional “technical teaching” as their training method,and the teaching content mainly conclude technical movement exercises,while emphasizing the mastery of technical movements,so that ignoring the essence of basketball as a game activity.In addition,many children lose interest in basketball because of the repeated technical exercises.In order to make the teaching content of training institutions“de-competitive”,and take full account of children's cognitive characteristics and the law of physical and mental development,based on the teaching concept and content arrangement of coaches in the training institutions,and combining the concept of TGFU,we aimed to optimized the teaching content of the children's basketball training institutions.Abandoning the traditional technique of the athletics teaching ideas,adopting the TGFU concept and starting from the situation of basketball game,the study designed a content combined strategy and technique integration for children's basketball training institutions and tried to provide a inspiration for the coaches to change their teaching ideas at the same time.Adopting the methods of literature review,interview,Delphi and AHP,this study tried to optimize the teaching content of children's basketball training institutions based on the characteristics of children's development and the theory of children's cognitive development.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.At present,children's basketball training institutions are influenced by traditional competitive basketball teaching ideas.The teaching content is mainly arranged with basketball technical actions,physical ability and games.And the teaching content is divorced from the essence of the sport of basketball.2.The teaching objectives of children's basketball training institutions emphasize the stimulation of students' interest in basketball,and the development of physical and mental health,the cultivation of team awareness and the improvement of skills and physical ability.Coaches agree with the TGFU teaching concept,but basketball practice teaching is divorced from the implementation of TGFU concept.3.The optimized teaching content index system of children's basketball traininginstitutions at the age of U12 includes 7 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 22 third-level indicators.The first-level indicators include: fighting for the ball,controlling the ball,creating shooting space,shooting,attacking and defending conversion,team attack and team defense.4.Under the concept of TGFU,the implementation of teaching contents in children's basketball training institutions follows the teaching idea from whole to part.The teaching contents are no longer a single technical action,but a simplified basketball game or game to guide children to explore the required strategies,so as to learn the required skills,and finally integrate basketball strategies and skills organically.
