Research On The Holding Of The Sports Meetings Of Taizhou High Schools

In recent years,the reform of physical education curriculum in middle schools has continued to advance,and the concept of "health first" and "lifelong sports" has become more and more popular.As a part of physical education in middle schools,the middle school sports meetings is more and more important.However,for many years,the middle school sports meetings have followed the traditional model,with track and field competition as the mainstay.The sports organization,settings,participation methods,etc.can no longer meet the quality education requirements of the new era and the students'health needs.This paper firstly obtains the development and concept of school sports meetings at home and abroad through the literature material method,and then collects the first-hand information of the Taizhou high school sports meetings through interviews and questionnaires,and finally analyzes the development of the Taizhou high school sports meetings by mathematical statistics and logic analysis.This paper takes 10 high schools in Taizhou as the research object,and conducts research on the holding of the school sports meeting.The results show that the Taizhou high school sports meetings settings are based on traditional track and field events,and the students participate in a single role,and the corresponding rules are also designed.Unreasonable.The holding of sports meetings can not meet the health needs of students.Through comprehensive research and analysis,the reasons for these problems are that some teachers are obsolete in the school sports meeting;secondly,the sports games are less and fixed;thirdly,students lack understanding of sports organization and rules;fourthly,sports resources is limited,which constraint the content and scale of the sports meetings.In response to these problems and causes,according to the relevant laws and regulations of out country and Jiangsu Province physical education,following the principles which are the combination of physical education and teaching,the scientific and feasibility of sports development,the combination of competitive and fun,and the sports meeting for all students,combining traditional culture and school characteristics.Propose countermeasures for reform,including:strengthening organizational leadership,improving the understanding of all teachers;updating the design concept of sports conferences;actively developing new school sports events,expanding the scope and number of participants;fully considering and utilizing the existing resources of the school;making students participate in the organization and implementation of the sports meeting;and extending the time of the school sports meeting.
