Textbooks are the most basic curriculum resources in school education,and are the most direct reference materials for student learning and teacher teaching.China has a vast territory and a large population.There are great differences in the social and cultural development of urban and rural areas,economically developed and economically underdeveloped areas.It is necessary to have textbooks with different styles and diverse characteristics.There are currently seven versions of junior high school physics textbooks in use in mainland China.Different versions of junior high school physics textbooks have different chapter contents,columns,illustrations,examples and exercises,and the specific manifestations of the curriculum standards are different.By comparing and researching different versions of textbooks,we can find out their respective writing characteristics,to sum up their respective advantages and disadvantages;better implement the curriculum requirements for the new textbooks,formulate suggestions for improvement in a more scientific and standardized manner;and provide a more comprehensive and profound understanding for frontline teachers.The content of textbooks,grasping the structure of textbooks,forming a knowledge framework,and effectively using textbooks for junior high school physics teaching provide more suggestions for reference.This paper mainly uses the text analysis method and the comparative research method to make a systematic and detailed comparative study on the contents of the textbooks of the People's Education,Beijing Normal University and Su Ke Edition junior high school physics textbooks.First of all,the paper compares the requirements of the scientific content in the compulsory education physics curriculum standard with the knowledge points and the presentation methods of each knowledge point in each version of the textbook,and illustrates the three aspects of knowledge integrity,knowledge focus and knowledge development.The differences and advantages and disadvantages of the three versions of textbooks are recommended.It is suggested that the preparation of the new textbooks should fully reflect the requirements of the curriculum standards,embody the characteristics of the disciplines,make the content order more scientific and reasonable,and conform to the students' cognitive development rules and subject knowledge logic.Secondly,the paper made statistics on the types and quantities of the columns in the three versions of the textbook and analyzed the intent of setting the columns.The three versions of the same or similar columns and columns were summarized.Suggestions:(1)Columns with the same or similar effects are summarized and merged;(2)Columns with a certain role should be added to make the column settings more comprehensive,and the educational functions of the columns in the textbooks can be better played.(3)Decompose a column with multiple functions and divide it into more columns with a role,so as to highlight the role of each column and pave the way for better use of each function in teaching.Thirdly,the paper classifies and counts the textbook illustrations of the three versions,and analyzes the location distribution and educational value of each illustration in the textbook.Next,the paper classifies and counts the three versions of the junior high school physics textbook examples.The scope of the examples is different,the number of examples is different,the consolidation of old knowledge and the combination of old and new knowledge,the difficulty of the examples,and the authenticity of the examples.Different aspects compare the examples of the three versions of junior high school physics textbooks,illustrate the differences in the preparation of different versions of the examples,summarize the writing characteristics of each version of the textbook examples,analyze their advantages and disadvantages,in order to better play examples in education and teaching.The role provides suggestions for improvement.It also classified and counted the post-class exercises of the People's Education Edition,the Beijing Normal University Edition,the Su Ke Edition,and the Su Ke version of each chapter,and analyzed and summarized the writing characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each version of the textbook exercises.make a suggest for improvement.Finally,the paper analyzes the three versions of textbooks from the textbook cover design,experimental content,chapter summary,illustration selection,practical activities,etc.through the examples,and summarizes the characteristics of the third edition of the textbook writing and proposes improvement suggestions.
