Analysis On The Running Mechanism Of College Students' Group Competition In The 13th Sports Meeting Of Henan Province

The development of social economy has increased the demand for sports competitions,and college sports competition has become an indispensable and special part of sports competitions.Applying the operation mechanism to the sports competition,through analyzing the operation mechanism of the sports competition of the college sports group of Henan Provincial Games,seeking a better development mechanism for the sports competition of college students in our province,providing some suggestions and suggestions for the organization and management of sports competitions in Henan Province,and striving to enrich Research on sports competition management.This research collects first-hand data through literature data method,expert interview method,field investigation method,etc.,and summarizes and analyzes the operation mechanism of college students' sports competition in the 13 th National Games of Henan Province through mathematical statistics and logic analysis.Organize and logically explore to comprehensively understand the current development of college students' sports competitions in Henan Province,deeply consider the management system and operation mechanism of college students' sports competitions,analyze the incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism of college students' sports competitions in Henan Province,and summarize the Henan Province The influencing factors and dynamic countermeasures of the sports competition of the college students' group in the 13 th Games.The research results are as follows:(1)The competition for the 13 th National Games of Henan Province was completed by the Henan Provincial Sports Bureau and the Henan Provincial Department of Education.However,during the competition,the Henan Provincial Department of Education,as the main body of the sports competition for college students in the jurisdiction,invested in major human and material support.The two sides collaborated to host the event in Henan Province for the second time.(2)Competition safety and material security are relatively standardized,but some individual events have lack of manpower and insufficient funds.From the perspective of bidding,determining time and place,improving plans,formulating plans,and clarifying individual institutions and implementation,the comprehensive guarantee is relatively complete,but the details still need to be improved.(3)The titles of the individual competitions of the 13 th National Games of Henan Province were developed by each individual association,and 6 of them were sponsored in the form of in-kind sponsorship and fund sponsorship.The main performance of the scene is the title,but in addition to basketball and football,other competition projects are less sponsored.Unsponsored competitions are funded by the Provincial Department of Education.(4)Some of the events were introduced to the live broadcast platform,and the information of the event was delivered in a timely manner.However,compared with the mediation of the sports group and the social group of the Provincial Games,the lack of core media to track and report,relying on manual collection of evaluation data to reduce the quality of evaluation.(5)The factors affecting the competition of the college students' group competition in the 13 th Henan Provincial Games are the four aspects of the competition stakeholders' demands,the competition organization and management institutions,the development level of the competition market and the driving force of the competition goals.Make the following recommendations:Henan college students' sports competition activities can learn from the competition management experience of college students in the relatively mature sports competition management.They should directly decentralize the organization management rights to each individual competition association to stimulate their vitality;and train more specialized management personnel for sports competitions;Establish a target dynamic mechanism in the form of alliance;coordinate the relationship between the government,universities,individual associations and the market;boldly adopt information technology and other scientific means to build the Henan University Games Games competition into a professional competition system,and combine the Henan market The economic situation creates more economic and social benefits.
