The problem of education supply and demand has become the main contradiction restricting the development of education in China,even in village-run primary education.Although nine-year compulsory education has been basically popularized in our country,the supply of education for minority poverty-stricken areas and special groups still can not meet the educational needs;therefore,we should clearly recognize the difficulties and problems faced by the development of village-run primary education,the serious shortage of the objective needs of investment in education and the development of compulsory education,and the unbalanced development of village-run primary education.Outstanding,there is a huge gap between the conditions and quality of compulsory education between urban and rural areas.These problems come down to the insufficiency of effective supply of compulsory education.Therefore,it is necessary to expand the effective supply of compulsory education,to meet the needs of compulsory education to the maximum extent,to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of compulsory education,and to promote the balanced development of compulsory education.This is also a major problem that needs to be studied and solved after the basic popularization of compulsory education in China.The main purpose of this paper is to combine the specific situation of S Village Primary School in Tianchang City,Anhui Province,using the method of combining theoretical research with field research,to study the problems existing in the public education service of village-run primary schools and to analyze the causes of the problems.Then,drawing on the successful cases in other areas,we put forward some suggestions for improving the public education service of S Village Primary School.The paper is mainly composed of five parts.The first part describes the background and significance of this study,introduces the main research methods and contents of this paper,and summarizes the related research status at home and abroad.The second part is a systematic exposition of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The third part combines the specific situation of S Village Primary School in Tianchang city,Anhui province,and uses questionnaire to analyze the public education service status of S village primary school,so as to understand the specific needs of villagers for the public education service of S village primary school.The fourth part is to analyze the problems and reasons of publie education service in S village primary schools·The fifth part,based on the above analysis,puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of public education service in S village-run primary schools,and provides reference experience for the development of public education service in S village-run primary schools in China.
