Research On Rural Tourism And Employment Conversion Of Farmers In Wuhu County

With the rapid development of rural tourism industry and leisure agriculture,a large number of rural land resources have been transferred.As a result,farmers have lost the right to use land and need to find new ways to maintain their livelihood.The solution of the problem of farmers' employment conversion has become a major issue related to the sustainable development of economy and society,harmony and stability,and also a key issue related to the realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The development of rural tourism makes some farmers turn from agriculture to tourism industry,which leads to the change of the income structure of farmers,that is,the proportion of agricultural income in total income decreases continuously,while the proportion of income from tourism increases continuously.The development of rural tourism industry can effectively adjust the industrial structure of rural areas and provide broad space for the transformation of rural employment.It is an important measure to effectively solve the problem of rural employment and promote the process of rural revitalization strategy.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the related theory and research status quo,from the development of rural tourism to the local economy structure adjustment and the influence factors of farmers' employment status,using questionnaire survey and data analysis,to wuhu county farmers have land employment present situation and the current problems existing in the course of employment are studied,draws the following conclusions:(1)in wuhu county farmers' employment,there are a lot of the overall cultural quality is low;Job insecurity and low wages;Lack of expertise;Lack of job training and job information platform.(2)the positive impact of the development of rural tourism industry on the employment conversion of farmers is conducive to the realization of local employment of farmers;Provide a variety of employment levels and forms of employment;It created jobs.(3)the employment problems of farmers in rural tourism industry are cyclical;The management of rural tourism operators is not standardized,and the service level of practitioners needs to be improved.Industrial development level is not high,absorption capacity is limited.In view of this,in order to promote the transfer of land farmers in rural tourism industry employment,put forward the following Suggestions;(1)the government should formulate a scientific planning scheme,establish long-term development goals,and include farmers whose land has been transferred into the long-term development goals;(2)all operators of rural tourism should strengthen standardized management,promote industrial development and increase employment;(3)farmers should strengthen employment training,improve the construction of employment information platform,improve the service level.
