Land circulation refers to the land property right flow and transfer among different economic entities, that is to say, land ownership flow and transfer among different economic entities. At present, the economist And policy researcher have done a lot of research around rural land circulation. But take a broad view of the research , it is mainly a discussion in theory, lack the normal positive research, there are almost regional overall investigation, few people show any interest in the desire of the peasant in land circulation. This paper based on positive research, using the investigation materials of "The Sociology study on rural ; land circulation—a sociology stratification angle", through social stratification theory, deep analyze the desire and behavior of peasant land circulation. Linear regression analysis indicate: Amoy possibility in land circulate, class consciousness does not have a statistics meaning to land circulation of peasant, but family income in class characteristic and family's workforce's number have very larger impact on this. Different class have a large number of common characteristic, for example, the peasant is reluctant to part with land, circulate method is mainly through interpersonal relationships as the core. Agreement ways are mostly oral contracts, etc. The difference between them reflects in the choice of land circulate form, This is significantly correlated to family income, family income and peasant's desire and behavior of land circulate have no line relation. Because land circulating in Hunan is still at primary stage of low level, the result of the data has not displayer the class splitting, which is based on the different between the peasant because of there desire and behavior to land circulation.
