Unattended-rural-children is a special group during the China’s social and economic structure transformation. Because of the long-term urban-rural dualistic structure, the unfair treatment for" migrant workers", most farmers have no way and ability to take their children to the city together; they are forced to leave children in rural areas. The school education imperfection, the lack of family education and the social assistance system imperfection lead to serious problems for unattended-rural-children, with some social disharmonious factors, thus becomes one focus of the society. How about unattended-rural-children’education in the construction of new socialist countryside and land transfer procession? Thus comes this study.Take the Zigui County in Hubei province as an example. First, I define core concepts for the land circulation and unattended-rural-children; then, I make a deep research on the local land circulation status and rural education, especially their relationship. Last, I choose three towns as research points according to their rapid economic development, and do questionnaire surveys irregularly, mainly on the junior middle school students’ learning objective, learning attitude, behavior, emotions, life and other aspects of the investigation.Based on the research of the school education, family education, social education between unattended-rural-children and attended-rura1-children, I compare the similarities and differences, and analysis the affection of them with no parents’comparing; I also have more clear views on the unattended-rural-children’ education situation, problems and reasons; and deeply realize that the solution of rural education problems is a systems engineering of school, family, government, and society. On the base of it, I put forward five respects, such as changing views about unattended-rural-children, increasing financial input in rural basic education, developing the function of schools’main position in teaching and educating, and enlarging social organizations’ assistance, creating a good social environment of unattended-rural-children, to ensure fair, high quality education.
