With the progress of society and the development of economy,the demand for labor force is increasing in the market,more and more students join the part-time team.Student part-time jobs have become a part of their study and life.Although students gain some economic income and increase their social experience in the process of part-time jobs,there are also many problems.No matter it is higher vocational students themselves,school,family,society in the part-time aspect all lack experience.Students' blind part-time jobs,neglecting their studies,and damage to their legal rights and interests have become the focus of attention of the school and the society.How to guide students to do part-time jobs correctly and reasonably and how to fully mobilize school resources to build part-time platforms are not only related to the healthy development of students themselves,the comprehensive reform of school education teaching content,but also related to the transformation of personnel training program and mode of higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method in the research process.By sorting out and analyzing the current situation of off-campus part-time jobs of higher vocational students,the main problems of students in the part-time job process are summarized:students have weak safety awareness,weak legal awareness,low self-management ability and low personal professional core ability.The school has a low level of attention,backward teaching content,and lacks necessary guidance institutions and professional guidance personnel;The society and employers lack recognition for the part-time jobs of higher vocational students.In view of the problems existing in the part-time job process,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to guide students to reasonably engage in off-campus part-time job from the three aspects of students,school and society.It is concluded from the research that part-time jobs outside school can help students to improve their social experience and enrich their extracurricular life,but it also has a certain impact on their own development and personal rights and interests.Therefore,the author believes that in order to effectively regulate and guide the part-time behavior of higher vocational students,it is necessary to fully mobilize the power of school,family,society and other aspects.The school should fully assume the management responsibility and use various education teaching links to guide students to work safely and rationally.At the same time,make full use of the resources of the college of society and enterprise to build the information platform and establish part-time guidance center to help students find suitable part-time jobs.Enterprises should also actively cooperate with and participate in the school's career education to further build a good external environment for part-time jobs.
