Research On The Problem And Management Countermeasures Of University Students' Off Campus Part-time Job In Shenyang Conservatory Of Music

With the market demand, the development of college students themselves and the pressure of family economic development, increasing the situation, more and more college students to join the trend of part-time. At present, college students have become an indispensable part of their study and life. But at the same time, college students in the process of engaging in off campus part-time in the process of reflecting the various problems such as the conflict between part-time and academic, students blindly follow the trend to engage in part-time work has become the focus of attention of all walks of life. So, should conform to correctly guide the students to do part-time work, improve the safety of part-time, not only with the development of physical and mental health of college students are closely linked, also affect our ability to successfully achieve the goal of a harmonious society.In this paper, the research process mainly uses the questionnaire survey method, in order to organize and analyze the current situation of college students on the basis of the survey results. First of all, this article mainly from psychology and sociology to analyze the rationality of college students part-time; secondly, to students in Shenyang Conservatory of Music as the research object, using interviews and questionnaire survey methods of college students part-time, and organize the survey data and related information, to find out the problems and reasons existing in their part-time jobs during the last; on the basis of other college students, part-time, part-time status and characteristics, and puts forward some countermeasures to guide students to engage in part-time jobs from three aspects of students, schools and society etc.Through the research, the conclusion is that the school part-time can improve college students' social experience, rich life and can alleviate the family economic pressure, but also has certain influence on its own interests, and physical and mental health so I think, not only to improve the college students' awareness of self value, but also to strengthen the social intermediary the management, and give full play to the role of school part-time guidance center, further for students to do part-time job to build a good external environment.
