Subject teaching knowledge is a kind of knowledge that connects teaching knowledge with subject knowledge,and it is the most important knowledge among teachers' knowledge.Based on Magnussen's PCK model,this study investigates the characteristics of exercise teaching among senior high school physics teachers in five aspects: subject knowledge,curriculum knowledge,student knowledge,teaching strategy knowledge and evaluation knowledge.The study is divided into two aspects.One is a group survey of 54 in-service senior high school physics teachers in Xinxiang City.A questionnaire survey is used to understand the PCK characteristics of teachers in physics exercise teaching,and the differences are analyzed from the perspective of teaching age.The second is to select a backbone teacher with a teaching age of more than 20 years to carry out a case study,through classroom observation and interview method,to understand the specific characteristics of case teachers in the implementation of exercises teaching process.Combined with questionnaire survey and case analysis,this paper summarizes the teaching characteristics of physics teachers under PCK theory.Through research statistics and analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:In the aspect of subject knowledge,senior high school physics teachers can accurately grasp the definition of physics exercise teaching,and become more accurate with the increase of teaching age.However,the grasp of the value of exercise teaching to students is more and more important with the difference of teaching age.Generally speaking,with the increase of teaching age,more and more attention is paid to the influence of exercise teaching on students' knowledge and skills.In terms of curriculum knowledge,senior high school physics teachers of different ages can grasp the role and position of exercise teaching in physics teaching,and the knowledge of teaching means and teaching materials of physics exercise teaching is gradually enriched with the increase of teaching age.In the aspect of students' knowledge,high school physics teachers of different teaching ages can accurately grasp the existing knowledge of students,the possible difficulties and how to solve them,and with the increase of teaching age,they can accurately and deeply understand the students.However,the teachers of the three teaching ages are relatively weak in giving full play to students' initiative.In the aspect of teaching strategy knowledge,senior high school physics teachers are affected by the teaching age in the reserve and application of physics exercises teaching emphasis teaching strategies.In the reserve of teaching strategies,the old teachers are more adequate,while the flexible use of a variety of teaching strategies and methods in the classroom is the advantage of young teachers.In the aspect of evaluation knowledge,the recognition of high school physics teachers to themselves increases gradually with the increase of teaching age,and the evaluation of teaching effect pays attention to the evaluation of students' learning results and neglects the evaluation of students' learning process.Generally speaking,the content of teacher evaluation is more targeted with the increase of teaching age,but the evaluation method used tends to be single.Through the research and summary,this paper puts forward some PCK suggestions for the development of high school physics teachers:(1)paying attention to the reflection under the guidance of theory,(2)strengthening the communication with students and perfecting students' knowledge;(3)make full use of network resources to establish exercise resource database and increase the reserve of teachers' curriculum knowledge.
