In this paper,the use of literature,case analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,mathematical analysis and other research methods.First of all,the paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature,analyzes the theory of human capital,education investment,education equity,rural labor transfer,education and human capital contribution to economic growth.Secondly,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of the peasants'education level on the rural labor income,and the influence mechanism of the peasants'education level on the rural labor mobility.By the Gansu Provincial Bureau of statistics in 1985 in Gansu Province,2015 farmers education,per capita net income of farmers,non-agricultural population rate and the proportion of non-agricultural employment and other related data,has carried on the empirical analysis.This paper establishes the quantitative relationship model between the number of years of education and the proportion of non farm employment and per capita net income of farmers.Third,the use of a questionnaire survey,we selected 12 cities in Gansu Province,a total of 12000 farmers as the research sample,to investigate the effect of education on rural labor mobility and income,the correlation and regression analysis.Finally,the results of the study are summarized,and from the government,enterprises,society,farmers and other aspects of their own recommendations for the future.
