Study On Children's Exercise Load In Outdoor Sports Activities

Children's outdoor sports activities are an important part of kindergarten educational activities and an important way to achieve the comprehensive,healthy and harmonious development of children's body and mind.Exercise load is an important index to evaluate children's outdoor sports activities,but at present,the research objects of outdoor sports load are mainly primary and middle school students,and the research on children's outdoor sports load is insufficient.How to carry out children's outdoor sports activities,whether to meet the standard of sports load,are issues to be discussed.Based on the above research results,combined with the content of outdoor activities in the park,site,activity equipment and other related factors,to explore the reasons affecting the effect of outdoor activities of children in the park,and on this basis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The study found that the overall situation of the park's outdoor sports load is:Children's exercise load increases with age.The heart rate of more than half of the children in the big class is up to the standard,more than half of the children in the middle class is not up to the standard,and the heart rate of the children in the small class is too low;From the perspective of the amount of exercise.Children in senior class have high exercise intensity and standard exercise density,but insufficient exercise time.Children in the middle class have adequate exercise density,enough time,but low exercise intensity.Although children in small class have plenty of exercise time,their exercise density and intensity are not up to the standard.The exercise load in different items is,The exercise intensity and time between children of all ages need to be improved.Exercise and outdoor activity density of children in large classes need to be strengthened.In the morning exercise activities of middle and large classes,rhythmic exercise has the lowest load.Lack of interest,difficulty and waiting activities.Based on the above research results,combined with the content of outdoor activities in the park,site,activity equipment and other related factors,to explore the reasons affecting the effect of outdoor activities of children in the park,and on this basis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
