Abstract/Summary:
PurposeToday at the national preschool children(3-6 years old children, infants)football activity has been fully developed, and the and carried out in the national children’s football training and competition, the rules of football make children body movement under different load is different also, thus in the scientific training and safety there is a hidden trouble, has become the national children’s football success and long-term development of the important problems, the load of children’s football training and competition is accurate and objective monitoring and analysis of its characteristics, for our children’s football training exercise load control to provide theoretical basis of the game,is conducive to the steady development of Chinese football career.MethodsIn this study, the MT-Sports sports performance analysis system and the physical activity measuring instrument Actigraph GT3 X + accelerometer were used to monitor and record 205 young children aged 3.0 to 6.5 in five cities including Beijing,Tongliao,Nanning,Shanghai, and Xi’an during the game To compare the exercise load on children under different rules.Results1.In this study,we get the characteristics of children’s different exercise load under different rules.Tongliao: Children’s average heart rate reached 162.9bpm,high heart rate accounted for 65.6% of the time,high-intensity physical activity accounted for 87%,and average running distance was 683.9m;Nanning;children’s average heart rate reached 167.3bpm,high heart rate accounted for 69.8%,high-intensity physical activity accounted for 69%,and average running distance was 660.5m;Xi’an:Children’s average heart rate reached 175.7bpm,high heart rate state accounted for 77.5%of the time,high-intensity physical activity accounted for 80%of the time, and the running distance of the players was 501.4m;Shanghai:Children’s average heart rate reached 182.8bpm,high heart rate state accounted for 94.2%,high-intensity physical activity accounted for 79%of the time, and the average running distance was844.0m;Beijing:the average heart rate of children in football match reached182.9bpm,the time ratio of high heart rate state was 87.2%,the time ratio of high intensity physical activity was 90%,and the average running distance was 734.5m.2.By comparing the characteristics of children’s sports load under different football rules, the following results are obtained. The sports load in the three person system is significantly higher than that in the five person system;the longer the game is,the greater the children’s sports load;the longer the field is,the greater the running load and physical activity, while the wider the field is,the greater the heart rate load;in the field of half-time rest, the children’s sports performance and bearing capacity in the second half after 5 minutes of half-time rest Better power.ConclusionIn this study, through the monitoring of children’s sports load in 5 cities in China, and the analysis and comparison,we can draw the following conclusions:1.Through sports monitoring and analysis,it is found that the children’s football matches in this study belong to the middle and high intensity load sports.2.In this study, different rule settings can have different effects on children’s sports load in the competition.Under the rules of three person system, the longer the competition lasts, the larger the field area and the shorter the interval, children’s heart rate, physical activity and running load are all higher. Therefore,in view of the result that the current rules of football match for children in most areas of our country cause too much sports load for children,it is suggested to further carry out corresponding and targeted scientific research in order to establish football rules suitable for children’s physical and mental development,so as to achieve the goal of truly promoting the scientific development of children’s football.
