Study On The Influence Of Tourism Development On Tibetan Women In Labrang Town Of Xiahe County

With the rapid development of tourism,people's demand for tourism culture diversity has become more and more intense,and the requirements for tourism quality have become more stringent.The growing demand for tourism diversity has prompted more and more people to choose ethnic areas to appreciate the rich ethnic customs,cultural landscapes and national art,and ethnic tourism has developed.The development of tourism in ethnic areas has promoted the overall development of tourism,and has also brought a series of influences to local residents,especially the local minority women have a non-negligible impact.At present,in the related research on the influence of academia on tourism,more research is on the comprehensive impact of tourism.The related research on the impact of tourism development in minority areas on minority women mainly involves role change,community participation,perception and attitude,and employment issues.In addition,there are few domestic studies on the impact of tourism development in ethnic areas on Tibetan women.The investigation and research on the impact of ethnic tourism development on Tibetan women needs to be strengthened.This paper takes Tibetan women in Labrang Town,Xiahe County,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,and studies the influence of tourism development on Tibetan women in the region,using tourism life cycle theory,gender analysis theory,stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory and other theories.Based on the current situation of tourism development in the northwestern ethnic regions,sum up the overall impact of tourism development on Tibetan women in the northwestern ethnic regions.Then carry out empirical analysis and use the method of tracking and investigating the local Tibetan women and stakeholders to study the influence of ethnic tourism development on Tibetan women in Labrang Town.At the same time,it analyzes the main factors affecting Tibetan women in Labrang Town under the development of national tourism,and studies the influence of tourism development on the economic status,social roles,family roles,ideological and cultural concepts and protection of their rights and interests of Tibetan women in Labrang Town.Descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis concluded that the most significant impact of the development of ethnic tourism in Labrang Town on Tibetan women was economic impact.The positive impact of tourism development in Labrang Town on Tibetan women is greater than the negative impact.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the development of Tibetan women in the Northwest ethnic minority areas: include improving the self-development ability of Tibetan women;strengthening the participation of Tibetan women in ethnic tourism;changing the traditional concept of Tibetan women;strengthening the protection of Tibetan women's rights and interests.
