With the increasing prominence of modern social and economic level and the expansion of educational demand,the development and reform of education in China has entered a new wave of internationalization.Nowadays,the development of physical education and the reform of teaching in colleges and universities have been pushed to the top of the storm.Under the serious situation that the physical health status of college students in our country has been declining year after year,it has begun to attract the attention of the whole society,in order to alleviate and change the current situation.We pay attention to the teaching mode of three-dimensional interaction.The teaching mode of "three-dimensional interaction" is the core of completing its teaching with creative tasks,and it is the driving force to drive students to study happily.Team construction,so that students can more easily join the collective construction,but also enhance the team spirit of cooperation;The multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism and system is to cultivate students' positive attitude in learning,not afraid of difficult team spirit,active innovative consciousness,and ultimately to promote the healthy development of students'physical and mental quality.In addition,we can also make use of the help of high-tech information resources to train people suitable for the development of the times and to provide scientific basis for the training of talents in colleges and universities.In view of the advantages of this teaching mode,we apply it to yoga teaching,guide college students to actively participate in physical exercise,and learn to think about problems.The ability to solve problems,cultivate college students' consciousness of creation,formulate more suitable physical education teaching mode for college students,and cultivate more outstanding talents with social innovation.In this paper,literature method,questionnaire method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods are used to study the yoga teaching experiment of Shanxi Agricultural University.Students in Yoga class 2017 of Shanxi Agricultural University were given 12 weeks.Yoga teaching experiment tries to apply the three-dimensional interactive teaching model to yoga elective course teaching.The aim is to explore whether the three-dimensional interactive teaching model can be applied to yoga classroom teaching.Whether it is students' physical ability,students' yoga technical achievements,standard grades,teaching practice ability,learning attitude and learning motivation.Actively affect and analyze the reasons,and then explore the"three-dimensional interaction" teaching model in the teaching effect.After the end of the teaching experiment,after a more rigorous analysis,the following important conclusions are drawn:1.In the teaching of yoga,the new teaching mode of "three-dimensional interaction" starts with the teaching problems,widens the time and space of learning,increases the learning mode,and stimulates the students' interest in learning.Compared with the routine teaching of repeated single cycle mode,the"three-dimensional interaction" teaching mode is more conducive to improving the students' physical quality and increasing the students' practical motivation,so that the students can feel comfortable and happy to enjoy yoga in the yoga class.Improve the student's innovation ability,lay the foundation for the future employment.2.The application of "three-dimensional interaction" teaching mode improves the teaching effect and students' comprehensive ability to a great extent.The students in the professional class can accept the teaching task more actively,under the guidance of the creative task,fully tap their potential,actively interact with the teacher,improve their professional ability,and lay a solid foundation for their employment.3.Under the application of "three-dimensional interaction" teaching mode,it not only improves students' physical quality,but also develops students' healthy psychology,courage to face difficulties,ability to solve problems,ability to communicate and communicate.The comprehensive quality of the students has been cultivated.
