With the rapid development and promotion of modern educational technology,information technology is widely used in the field of teaching,which puts forward higher requirements for the professional development of our educators.The level of subject teaching knowledge of teachers' integrated technology plays an important role in the improvement and breakthrough of teachers' professional skills in the information age.Among them,the key and prerequisite to improve teachers' TPACK level is to understand the current situation of teachers' TPACK.On the basis of the existing research,this study combines quantitative research with qualitative research,and investigates the TPACK status of 145 high school biology teachers in Lanzhou City by using literature,questionnaire and interview methods.The author uses the system software SPSS21.0 to analyze the questionnaire data,and interviews teachers with the questionnaire to understand the current situation and existing problems of TPACK of high school biology teachers in Lanzhou.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The TPACK level of senior high school biology teachers in Lanzhou is on the upper middle level.The average scores of each dimension of TPACK rank PCK > PK > CK > TPACK > TCK > TPK > TK.In the seven dimensions,PK,CK,PCK,TPACK are above the overall level,while TK,TCK and TPK are below the overall level.Among them,the subject teaching knowledge is the best and the technical knowledge is the worst.(2)Generally speaking,the TPACK level of senior high school biology teachers in Lanzhou is higher than that of female teachers,but the difference is not obvious.The ability of TPACK of senior high school biology teachers in Lanzhou City is enhanced with the increase of teaching age.(3)The TPACK level of high school biology teachers in Lanzhou is different from that of gender,teaching age,professional title,professional development level,curriculum learning and induction training.(4)There were significant differences between TPACK and CK,TK,PK,PCK,TCK and TPK.The correlation ranking of TPACK was TPK > PK > PCK > TCK > CK > TK,which indicated that TPACK had the strongest correlation with TPK and reached a significant correlation,but the correlation between TPACK and TK was weak.Based on the analysis of the survey status,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Teachers' self-management.Give full play to the internal driving force of teachers,promote the practice of teaching technology and biology;constantly update teaching concepts,improve their professional awareness;(2)school aspects.Optimizing the environment of educational resources and providing high-quality teaching resources platform;expanding the channels of teachers' learning and establishing mutual assistance groups for teachers;(3)education and training.Enriching training forms and expanding training coverage;setting up targeted training for various disciplines to improve their TPACK level.
