Postgraduate education is the highest level of talent training in higher education.The research and study of graduate students affects the quality of innovative talents in China.Through the investigation and research on the research experience of academic masters,it finds the problems existing in the process of postgraduate training in colleges and universities,finds out the influencing factors affecting the research experience of graduate students,and tries to make suggestions for the training of future graduate students.This paper used questionnaires as the main research method and interviews as supplementary research methods.It conducted research on 483 academic master students of X Normal University and drawn the following conclusions.Firstly,the research experience of academic masters of X Normal University is at a medium-to-high level in general.In all respects,90% of students are satisfied with supervision,about 50% of the students are satisfied with the resource facilities,less than 50% of the students are satisfied with the research culture,and more than 70% of the students are satisfied with the research process.Less than 80% of students recognize their own responsibilities,less than 40% are satisfied with research opportunities,70% are satisfied with professional development,and 75% are satisfied with the development of their research skills.Secondly,according to the differential analysis of graduate research experience in the aspect of the demographic variables and the multiple linear regression analysis of the influencing factors,the thesis gets some conclusion.First of all,there are significant differences in the graduate research experience of different grades and learning motivations.There are no significant differences in graduate students of different age,gender,ethnic group and discipline.Next,four factors of responsibilities,opportunities,professional development and research skills have significant impacts on graduate research experience,and the impact is positive.Finally,from the perspective of demographic variables,learning motivation is an important factor affecting various elements of graduate research experience.Specifically,gender andlearning motivation have significant impacts on graduates' resource satisfaction.Age and learning motivation have significant impacts on research culture satisfaction.Grade and learning motivation have significant impacts on research process satisfaction.Gender,grade,discipline and learning motivation have significant impacts on opportunities satisfaction.Age,grade and learning motivation have significant impacts on professional development.Grade,discipline and learning motivation have significant impacts on research skills satisfaction.Thirdly,this thesis draws conclusions from the analysis of research results and attempts to make suggestions from four aspects of society,universities,tutors and graduate students.
