The construction of a stable social work professional personnel team is an urgent need for the development of a harmonious society,but also social work to achieve professional and professional development of the necessary protection.Social workers are the valuable resources of social work agencies,the social workers of the occupational stability is not only conducive to social workers and clients to the individual level of growth,but also conducive to social workers and community-level development,more conducive to the entire social industry and the whole society.So it is important to study the occupational stability of social workers.Occupational stability is the willingness or tendency of members of society to continue their employment in a particular occupation and in the jobs offered by the profession.But the social workers are still relatively low occupational stability.Therefore,from the management point of view,to understand the status quo of social stability and understand the stability of the factors,help to grasp the social workers career dynamics,to stimulate the enthusiasm of social work,to maintain social workforce stability.This paper attempts to establish the stability mechanism of social workers' contingent by studying the factors that affect the social stabilit y of social workers in the operation and management,and analyze the correlation between these factors and stability,and establish the regression model.Stability to make scientific recommendations,so as to enhance the stability of social workers.This paper,through literature and empirical research,combined with Price-Mueller(2000)separation model,demand theory,fair theory,social support theory,rational choice theory,research institutions on social workers occupational stability.Taking the data of serving social workers in Guangzhou as an example,and using SPSS software to describe the data,statistical analysis,reliability analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: First,through the descriptive analysis,the social stability of the social workers is low,only 26.09% of the stable type,48.70% of the uncertain type,25.22% of the unstable type;The second is that through the factor analysis,the institutional management factors of the social stability of the social workers can be summed up into four parts,namely,the organizational work atmosphere,the organization of the organization,the organization of the work of the organization,Third,through the correlation analys is,the organizational stress,the role of conflict and occupational stability is negatively correlated;organizational incentives,organizational work environment and occupational stability is positively related;Fourth,through regression analysis,The final regression equation is y1 = 2.395—0.293X1 + 0.257X2 + 0.211X3.Where X1 represents the role of conflict,X2 represents the organization working atmosphere,X3 represents the tissue incentive.
