Study On Elimination Of Disabled Social Work Action Strategies Of Social Exclusion

In this paper,a case study is carried out on the project of rehabilitation bus travel,analysis the disabled social work in terms of action strategies to eliminate the social exclusion.The social work institutions which the author is engaged in financing the purchase of two rehabus,they hope to lead the disabled through the bus to travel,to restore the social function of the disabled.Rehabus is the installation of a convenient travel service object obstacles in and out of the carriage of auxiliary equipment(hydraulic lifting platform,telescopic steel chute)special vehicle.Take bus transport as an opportunity to carry out the Rehabus service project,to travel in the process to carry out related social services to the disabled self cognition,interpersonal communication a nd social participation in three areas to improve,reduce the social exclusion behavior of the disabled.S ince three years of operation,the project has accumulated a large number of service data and service experience,I want to take this project as the research sample,understand the following purposes: first,what are the social exclusion faced by the disabled before the operation;second,change the operation of the project before and after the disabled meet the social exclusion situation;third,the effect of anti social exclusion after disabled services.The research content of this paper is divided into three parts: the first chapter to the second chapter: basic introduction and literature review,theory,explain the background,purpose and significance,research methods of this paper;then the theory: the theory of social exclusion,literature review,the present situation and the focus of theoretical research in the aspects of the social services to disabled rejection.The third to five chapter: introduce the dynamic development process of the project,e xplain the situation of the disabled in the rejection P rophase Project Operation in the process of society;focuses on the social work project process in order to eliminate the social exclusion of different intervention strategies.F inally,summarize the e ffectiveness of the project.The sixth chapter: discuss how to eliminate social exclusion of disabled social work.The author through the analysis of the Rehabus project,using the case study method and literature research method,put forward the strategy of disabled social services from the perspective of social exclusion.I believe that through the deconstruction of the disabled self exclusion concept,interactive environment for the disabled and disabled reconstruction,expand the disabled social participation strategy,and ultimately to promote the healthy development of the disabled psychology,strengthen the interpersonal support network of the disabled,the disabled to get more right to speak and the right to participate.
