Research purposes: The purpose of this study is to monitor the physical functions of Chinese female athletes of Aerials of Freestyle Skiing by adopting biological approaches over the winter season training; The research includes studying each athlete's physical functions change during the winter time training as well as arranging reasonably training loads and coaching services with theoretical knowledge and practices in order to reach a optimal training purpose and further competition results.Research method: Base on national athlete requirements from 2016 to 2017,the this study took six female subjects from Aerials of the Freestyle Skiing team and conducted four physiological index tests, which includes morning pulse, blood pressure hemoglobin(Hb),blood urea(BUN),serum creatine kinase(CK),serum testosterone(T),serum cortisol(C),free tryptophan(F-Trp)branched-chain amino acids(BCAA),and T/C and free tryptophan/branched-chain amino acids are calculated. The data we collected from the subjects were to repeatedly measure single data variance and also comprehensively analyzed each subject individually.Research results: 1.the first result is that the second monitoring indicator are slightly stable than the first one and there are no significant differences between the two groups. However, the third indicator has a major difference comparing with previous two group on T,C,T/C,F-Trp/BCAA,morning pulse and other indicators(p<0.05 or p<0.01,compared with the first monitoring or second monitoring). In the fourth monitoring, indicators are basically normal.2.Based on the analysis of each athlete's monitoring indicators,subject-B's various blood indicators changes are relatively stable, but in the second monitoring,F-Trp/BCAA increases significantly.subject-A,subject-C,subject-D and subject-E's hemoglobin values are all significantly decreased during the third monitoring.subject-A,subject-D,subject-E and subject-F's T,C,and T/C all shows significant fluctuations during the third monitoring. Conclusions: 1.According to the experience result, the athlete's body state and mental state remain relatively stable.Although the athlete experienced slightly fatigue in the third training period, all subjects had been quickly adapted the experience overtime.During the experiment, all subjects did not experience any fatigue or over-excessive fatigue and also they have all reached expecting results.2.Based on each subject's result, which demonstrated that subject-B shows a strong adaptability to training and a good physical body function, and there is no obvious physical fatigue during the experience. In the second monitoring test, the result shows F-Trp/BCAA significantly increase, which indicates that during the second training experiment,subject-B experiences mental fatigue because of intensity training.subject-A,C,D and E have a significant change on mobility in the third experience. The subject-A,C,E and F are experiencing some degrees of physical fatigue in the third experiment, which may be caused by the increased training intensity in the experiment.
