This paper, taking the freestyle skiing aerials athletes who are preparing for2014SochiWinter Olympic Games and “core column” strength training study as the research object, usingthe methods of literature research, testing, and mathematical statistics, gets the followingconclusions from training, testing, biomechanics etc.1. The methods using in “core column” strength training in athletes aerials of freestyle skiing:basic stability training, basic mobility training, specialized stability training, and specializedmobility training.“Core column”strength training and the special training are scientific andeffective, which on one hand can strengthen the stability of the spine and pelvis, on the other handcan help the athletes to stretch their body after finishing each movement, meanwhile can makesure the accurate of the movement, reduce the injures during the movement, and help the athletesto protect themselves.2.Based on the difference between the core muscles and the contraction of muscles, thedifferent training principles of the frontal plane, the vertical plane, and the parallel surfaces, weuse different training methods: which are static, dynamic training separately and the static anddynamic training together.3. Maximum strength of trunk flexors of elite athletes in China is about50%-60%, and theflexion-rapid strength is about40%-50%4.QiGuangpu, Jiazong xiang make an obvious improvement on the core stability, curing andextending ability. The fast reverse on the left side have a higher improvement.Xumengtao, Linina make an obvious improvement on the control ability of core stability andthe ability of curing and extending, especially the reverse ability of the right.Suggestions:1. The application “core column” training should be further developed, especially theability in the core stability control of deep small muscle groups. The plan and method of “corecolumn” training should be further studied, in order to improve the control ability of gait stability. Training should be done on both the steady and unsteady conditions.2. QiGuang pu: the fast reverse and extension force of his core areas, as well as thefast-shrinking and coordination need to be strengthened and balanced. The right back musclestrength should be improved. Jiazong xiang, the quick stretch ability of him needs to befurther improved, meanwhile, we should balance his core ability during the training process.3. Xu Mengtao, the largest capacity on her flexor muscle needs to be further strengthened, andthe flexors and extensors need to have a balanced development. LiNI na, the control ability ofcore stability and the ability of using dynamic need to be further improved and balanced.
