With the development of global informatization,society has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents,and we have ushered in a round of basic education curriculum reform with "core competence" as the wind vane.Then we implement the core competence for students in educational practice.The cultivation has become a top priority.Exam evaluation often plays the role of a baton for practical classroom teaching and students' learning orientation.However,traditional examination questions can no longer meet the evaluation requirements in the context of core competence.This requires the integration of core competence into the test questions.The role of testing students' core competence level can be achieved by taking examinations to promote learning,taking examinations to promote teaching,and passing examinations to promote evaluation to better implement the core competence.Based on the biological core competence,the article conducts a preliminary study on the test questions.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the preface.It mainly introduces the origin of the selected topic and clarifies the research ideas,including the content,methods and significance of the research.In addition,through the analysis of literature,this chapter defines the concept of "core competence" and "the biological core competence",clarifies the specific connotations of the biological core competence,and conducts research on the current status of core competence test questions at home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes some of the biological questions in the college entrance examination in the past three years from the perspective of core competence of the discipline,and draws the main differences between existing test questions and test questions that examine core competence of subjects,and where reference can be made.Then from the four aspects of life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,and social responsibility,they summed up the revelation of relevant test questions.The third chapter is the proposition and analysis of the questions based on the biological core competence.This chapter puts forward the basis,philosophy,principle and basic flow of the proposition.Then on this basis,it tries to make ten questions and evaluates the core competence.The fourth chapter is the test and analysis of the questions.This chapter has revised the the questions by the expert consultation method.It selects two parallel classes in the third grade of a middle school as the test object,and analyzes the test results using SPSS software.It finds that the overall difficulty of the test questions is moderate,and most of the questions have good discrimination.Individual questions need to be modified and adjusted.According to the response of different students can also reflect the differences in the level of the biological core competence.The fifth chapter is the summarization and reflection of this study,summarizing the research results and deficiencies of this study,and some related suggestions for the test questions.
