Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Participation In Voluntary Service In Wenchang

Volunteer service is an important way to the development of social undertakings,to resolve social contradictions,plays a unique role in social development and economic construction,volunteer service,mutual aid,friendship,progress embodies the spirit of dedication,it is committed to large-scale activities,poverty alleviation and development,environmental protection,community service,disaster relief and other public welfare undertakings,embodies the support mutual unity,and people help each other.Volunteering services as the soft power of social development and economic construction.Facing the current tasks and requirements,the volunteer service in Hainan province should play more and more important role in Hainan's social development and economic construction.Wenchang college student volunteers are the main force of Wenchang volunteer service team,in every corner of Wenchang,the college students' volunteers throughout the city of Wenchang,active in the community volunteer service,volunteer service and other cultural volunteer services,plays a significant role in Wenchang's economic and social development.But in the volunteer service activities,the college students volunteer service of Wenchang was also related to problem.Therefore,the research of Wenchang college students volunteer to participate in volunteer service activities problems,improve the participation of college students in Wenchang volunteers,is a major issue to promote the development of volunteer service in Wenchang.This article is mainly discussed the following aspects:First of all,the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,methods and contents of the research.Secondly,the brief introduction of College Students' volunteer service.The concept and connotation of volunteer service and university volunteer,volunteer service and university volunteer service organization are interpreted in this paper.Thirdly the analysis of the status of the development of College Students' volunteer service in Wenchang.The main forms,characteristics and development trend of College Students' volunteer service in Wenchang are analyzed and expounded.And the main problems and causes of the participation of college students in Wenchang.By summarizing the relevant findings of the questionnaire and interviews with college volunteers,organizers and service objects,we find 5 major related issues.First,the degree of recognition is not high;second,the organizational capability is low;third,the overall level is not high;fourth,the mechanism is not yet sound;fifth,the legal problems are serious.In the fifth part,the strategy to solve the problem of volunteer service in Wenchang university is put forward.First,expand the recognition of volunteer service;second,enhance the efficiency building;third,enrich the forms of activities;fourth,improve the working mechanism;fifth,improve the legal guarantee of voluntary service.
