The Resentment In Network Group Events

This paper comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research,virtual ethnography,content analysis,related discourse analysis,text analysis and case study.Through the observation and understanding of resentment in network group events,this paper attempts to explore the root of resentment in network group events and the logic of expression of resentment.The full text includes five chapters.Network group events happen frequently,which causes far-reaching social impact.The resentment and dissatisfaction of netizens is strongly scattering in cyberspace,which is not only the main mobilization factor of the network group events occurring,but also throughout the development process of the incident has its own logic of development.This article attempts to answer two questions.Why does the resentment in the network group events produce,erupt,and flood;what is the logic of the expression of resentment associated with the network group events?The research on group events and network group events has begun to take shape and formed a certain research framework.The research on social resentment in network group events is still relatively few,and most of the studies of resentment remain in the emotional or psychological level,entirely based on the western social theory of resentment lineage,copying the western research framework,in the lack of local culture and theoretical care.The analysis framework of this paper is mainly from two aspects.To contrast the Chinese and western resentment pedigree is as the starting point,and to initially interpret this feeling of"resentment" of China.And then from the relationalism combining with the Chinese people's degree of "guanxi" to mine the emotional and cultural origins of resentment in the network group events.Applying the "process-event analysis" with the specific study of the network group hot event from the process of integration,to summarize the specific logic of the expression of resentment.The first level is to answer why the current social group events of network in China is frequent and so with the resentment problems.The second level puts the network group events as a "resentment expression" events,from which the key dimensions of the incident and the critical discourse and logic of the expression of resentment is peeled off.The research on the resentment in the network group events mainly involves the research of literature research,virtual ethnography,content analysis and related discourse analysis,text analysis and case study.In the case analysis,the analysis strategy of "process-event analysis" is applied.The case study part of the two cases of major group events of network were studied.First of all,through the Chinese and Western resentment pedigree comb to understand the feelings of China's resentment roughly.Secondly,to analyze the relationship between guanxi and resentment,guanxi and the Internet and the Internet and the generalization problem of resentment respectively,with a view to a general understanding of the causes of the proliferation of resentment in mass incidents.Finally,we use the analysis strategy of "process-event analysis" to explore the key logic and discourse construction of resentment in network mass events.After cross-cultural resentment pedigree,we may be from the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the "resentment" to analyze and compare,in order to understand the Chinese people's connotation and source of the special feelings.From the horizontal point of view of resentment is to temporarily suspend the impact of time,and from the nature to dissolute the feelings of resentment to understand its emotional composition.From the dynamic vertical dimension to grasp the social structure and cultural norms of the feelings of resentment in the current network group events,then really cannot do without talking about the unique guanxi structure.Before the outbreak of mass incidents in the network,the original resentment has been in the long-term no choice of the state hidden in a long no choice of the relationship network structure.With the outbreak of network mass incidents,the operations of guanxi on the Internet are pulled into the foreground of the world show,the resentment of Internet users also suddenly breaks out.Once the resentment of the network mass event occurs,its expression also follows a certain logic.Internet users through the imagination and construction of the unequal relationship,situational construction and the extension of the guanxi moral kidnapping,passing on resentment(empathy)and reproduction to achieve the expression of resentment and emotional catharsis.Finally,through the summary of the previous chapters,this paper hopes to make a certain academic contribution to the study of the origin and expression of resentment in the network group events.
