The idea of transforming the brain through exercise: exercise not only builds fitness,exercises muscles,but also exercises the brain,transforms the mind and intelligence quotient,and makes you smarter,happier and happier! Exercise stimulates the brain stem,providing energy,enthusiasm and motivation,and regulating neurotransmitters in the brain,changing established self-concept,stabilizing emotions,and improving learning.This study intends to carry out a comprehensive and detailed study of the impact of junior high school students on the learning efficiency of junior high school students after the implementation of different load intensity PE lessons through experimental research.In the study of the Great Wall in Kunming 2016 middle school 4 grade administrative class 200 students as the research object,set up 3 in the experimental group,1 control group,the planning of the three experimental stage,and in accordance with the experimental design procedures and requirements to conduct 4 month experiment,detailed collection,the collation and analysis of information on the study.The research focuses on the effect of different load intensity PE classes on junior high school students' learning efficiency.Using the advanced idea of reform movement of the brain,based on the load intensity from different perspective,grasp the connotation and method of control class exercises intensity of physical education;junior high school physical education and in-depth analysis of different intensity of students' learning efficiency and the relation between the physiological,psychological and sociological principle and mechanism;abundant research field effectiveness of junior middle school sports teaching;put forward the direction and the breakthrough point of thinking of the new junior high school students' effective learning culture course;to seek the theoretical support and practical path for the efficient implementation of the new standard of physical education and health curriculum in physical education.The research tries to practice the new method of "moving and reforming the brain" in the normal course of physical education in junior middle school.Through the construction of the scientific and effective load intensity which reflects the PE class for class and class training,the experimental research is taken as the leading factor,and the effect of different load intensity PE classes on the junior middle school students' learning efficiency is comprehensively studied.The study can provide new ideas and references for high quality junior high school physical education exploration;awareness and support students to participate in physical education for school leaders and sports teachers non correct learning to practice,to seek efficient physical connection between effective learning culture classes and junior high school students;to provide rational support and practical case for sports load teachers correct understanding and rational use of sports class;class exercises for the value of the students correctly understand the different intensity of physical education and the influence on the cultural course learning and provide a basis for the control.The results show that: the junior middle school students physical education in 8 ~ 10 minutes in class exercises,if the control in exercise intensity(60 + 5)% and(70 + 5)% and(80 + 5)% and other dimensions,all have a very positive impact on the junior high school students' learning efficiency.When the students of high intensity exercise load applied to the physical education to improve students' physical function to a certain level,under certain load intensity,load intensity of sports classroom for students applying to more students to stimulate the organism is bigger,the course also has a positive effect on students the greater the.Especially if we can hold the intensity of physical education in(80 + 5)%,it will have a very significant effect on the junior high school students' learning efficiency.Therefore,we believe that junior high school students participate in high-quality sports learning and exercise is to promote junior high school students' cultural learning prerequisite and foundation.Efficient sports learning and exercise can effectively develop students' intelligence factors,and can effectively develop students' non intellectual factors.And the experiment research and regular exploration of physical education with different load intensity are the important ways and means to seek efficient PE classroom teaching in PE practice teaching.
